Expanding Que Vo II industrial park

The Prime Minister has just approved the adjustment of the planning area of ​​Que Vo II Industrial Park, Bac Ninh province. Accordingly, this industrial zone will have an area of ​​270 hectares instead of 200 hectares as previously planned.
The Prime Minister also asked the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province to select and direct the investor to formulate a project and submit it to the Project for construction of this industrial park as well as conduct migration for the project.
Que Vo II Industrial Park is included in the Planning for development of industrial parks expected to be established by 2015, signed by the Prime Minister in August 2006. Accordingly, from now to 2015, Bac Ninh province will have newly established priority industrial parks, namely Nam Son - Hap Linh with an area of ​​200 ha, Yen Phong II 300 ha and Que Vo II 200 ha.

Currently, Bac Ninh has 4 concentrated industrial parks: Tien Son, Que Vo, Dai Dong - Hoan Son and Yen Phong with a total area of ​​3,000 ha and 54 small and medium industrial clusters. Procedures for leasing land of Que Vo Industrial Park 2

The Memorandum of Understanding subleases land, the Memorandum takes effect within 04 months;
Pay deposit: equivalent to USD 10,000 / ha of Contract value. This deposit will be deducted from the first sublease of land rental;
Within 04 months, the investor must carry out the procedures to obtain an Investment Certificate.
Within 30 days from the date of being granted Investment Certificate, the two sides will sign a land sublease contract;
IDICO will hand over the land and related documents within 30 days from the date of signing the Land Sublease Contract.

Investment incentives in Que Vo 2 IP in Bac Ninh
- Enterprise income tax rate: 20%
-     Tax incentives:
The preferential tax rate is 17% for 10 consecutive years from the first year an enterprise has turnover from the project. After the time of applying this preferential tax rate, the enterprise will shift to apply the tax rate of 20%.
Tax exemption for 2 years and 50% reduction for the next 4 years from the time of taxable income
+ Tax exemption and reduction duration is calculated continuously from the first year an enterprise has taxable income from the project;
+ In case the enterprise has no taxable income in the first three years (from the first year of turnover from the project), the tax exemption and reduction period is counted from the fourth year.
Import tax: Enterprises are exempt from import tax on imported goods according to Article 16 of the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax No. 45/2005 / QH11 of June 14, 2005 and Article 12 of Decree No. 87. / 2010 / ND-CP of August 13, 2010, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax.
