The Phố Nối B Textile and Garment Industrial Park of Hưng Yên province is one of the green, clean, and beautiful industrial parks in the North; it is synchronized in terms of technical infrastructure, has a modern wastewater treatment plant, and is highly appreciated by investors. The industrial park contributes to the implementation of the policy on the development planning of Vietnam's textile and garment industry until 2015, with a vision to 2020, creating land for the relocation of textile and garment production facilities out of major cities.

Phố Nối B Textile and Garment IP is located in a particularly important strategic position, at the intersection between National Highway 5 and 39, connecting to major economic centers in the North: 28 km from Hanoi, 73 km from Hai Phong port, 90 km from Cai Lan port, over 40 km from Noi Bai international airport, 15 km from Lac Dao railway station, next to the customs clearance station on National Highway 5 and Thang Long urban area under investment.
