The Phố Nối B Textile and Garment Industrial Park of Hưng Yên province is one of the green, clean, and beautiful industrial parks in the North; it is synchronized in terms of technical infrastructure, has a modern wastewater treatment plant, and is highly appreciated by investors. Phố Nối B Textile and Garment IP is located in a particularly important strategic position, at the intersection between National Highway 5 and 39, connecting to major economic centers in the North: 28 km from Hanoi, 73 km from Hai Phong port, 90 km from Cai Lan port, over 40 km from Noi Bai international airport, 15 km from Lac Dao railway station, next to the customs clearance station on National Highway 5 and Thang Long urban area under investment. Phố Nối B Textile and Garment Industrial Park has a scale of 120.6 ha, divided into 2 phases: phase I (scale of 25ha) has been implemented on schedule, achieving high efficiency, has leased 100% of the area with 10 domestic and foreign enterprises, creating stable jobs for more than 2,000 workers.

In order to create an attractive and humane investment environment, VINATEX-ID always pays attention to the living conditions of workers in the IP. Therefore, in parallel with the investment in phase 2 of the Phố Nối B Textile and Garment IP project, with the approval of the Hưng Yên Provincial People's Committee, the Company will also invest in building housing for IP workers with a scale of 5 hectares right next to the IP, serving the housing needs of 10,000 workers, ensuring that workers are secure in their work at enterprises in the Phố Nối B Textile and Garment IP and workers in factories and enterprises around the IP, creating a synchronous and complete IP in terms of technical infrastructure and contributing to ensuring social security.

Investment costs and incentives of Phố Nối B Industrial Park, Hưng Yên Province:

- Costs:

• Land rental price: 70-75 USD/m2 with infrastructure, depending on the location and area of the land plot.
• Management fee: 11,120 VND/m2/year (equivalent to 0.5USD/m2/year).
• Electricity fee: Calculated according to EVN regulations.
• Water fee: 10,000 VND/m3 (equivalent to 0.45 USD/m3/year).
• Wastewater treatment fee: 13,000 VND/m3 (equivalent to 0.6USD/m3/year).

- Investment incentives:

+ Regarding corporate income tax:

• Enjoy a tax rate of 10% for a period of 15 years and be exempt from tax for 4 years, reducing 50% of the tax payable in the next 9 years for income from the implementation of new investment projects in a number of investment incentive fields as prescribed by law on corporate income tax.
• Enjoy a tax rate of 17% and be exempt from tax for 2 years, reducing 50% of the tax payable in the next 4 years for income from the implementation of new investment projects in a number of fields such as: Production of high-grade steel; production of energy-saving products; production of machinery and equipment serving agricultural, forestry, fishery and salt production; production of irrigation equipment; production and refining of animal feed, poultry feed, and aquatic products.....
• Be exempt from corporate income tax for 2 years and reduce 50% of the tax payable in the next 4 years for enterprises implementing new investment projects in the IP.

+ Regarding import tax: Investment projects in the IP are exempt from import tax on imported goods to create fixed assets in accordance with the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax.

▪ By the end of the first quarter of 2017, the IP has received 31 investment projects, including 17 foreign-invested projects and 14 domestic-invested projects with a total registered investment capital of 122 million USD and 1,256 billion VND.
