Phố Nối A Industrial Park in Hưng Yên province is an attractive investment destination for foreign investors with a convenient geographical location next to National Highway 5 (Hanoi - Hai Phong), near the railway system, synchronously infrastructure and timely repair attention. A special feature of Phố Nối A Industrial Park is that businesses or investors who come to invest receive support and advice from the Management Company of Phố Nối A Industrial Park, and are facilitated by functional agencies to quickly complete administrative procedures such as investment certificate issuance procedures, seal issuance, tax code, environmental permits, fire prevention and fighting permits, construction permits, etc.

With a total area of nearly 600ha, this is the largest industrial park in Hưng Yên province. Currently, the infrastructure system of Phố Nối A Industrial Park has been synchronously invested in and focused on.

- Convenient road traffic system, the ground of land plots has been treated and is always ready for factory construction. The central area road system is 24m wide. Branch roads and collection roads in the industrial park are 17 m wide. This is a great advantage for businesses in deploying transportation, distribution, import and export of goods to domestic and international markets.

- Electricity system and power grid: Power is supplied continuously and stably through two 110/22kV transformer stations with a capacity of 4x63MVA.

- The industrial park water plant is built with a capacity of 15,000m3/day and night. The water supply system is connected to the fence of each business. 

- Drainage: Domestic and wastewater drainage systems are treated separately. Rainwater is collected through a system of sewers and discharged into rivers in the area. Wastewater is collected to the wastewater treatment plant of Phố Nối A Industrial Park

Solid waste from factories will be classified; collected on-site and transferred to the waste concentration area in the Industrial Park before being transported elsewhere for treatment according to regulations.

 - Banks: The system of banks (Techcombank, ACB, Vietcombank, Sacombank, Agribank, Investment and Development Bank of Vietnam ...) has branches in Pho Noi, 1.5 km from the Industrial Park. - Costs:

  • Land rental price: 130 USD/m2 with infrastructure, depending on the location and area of the land plot.
  • Management Fee: 11,120 VND/m2/year (equivalent to 0.5USD/ m2/Year).
  • Electricity fee: Calculated according to EVN regulations.
  • Clean water fee: 11,000 VND/m3 (equivalent to 0.49 USD/ m3/Year).
  • Wastewater treatment fee: 10,000 VND/m3 (equivalent to 0.45USD/ m3/Year).
- Investment incentives:

+ Regarding corporate income tax:

  • Enjoy a tax rate of 10% for a period of 15 years and be exempt from tax for 4 years, reducing 50% of the tax payable in the next 9 years for income from the implementation of new investment projects in certain fields of investment incentives according to the provisions of law on corporate income tax.
  • Enjoy a tax rate of 17% and be exempt from tax for 2 years, reducing 50% of the tax payable in the next 4 years for income from the implementation of new investment projects in certain fields such as: production of high-grade steel; production of energy-saving products; production of machinery and equipment for agricultural, forestry, fishery and salt production; production of irrigation equipment; production and processing of animal feed, poultry and aquaculture.....
  • Be exempt from corporate income tax for 2 years and reduce 50% of the tax payable in the next 4 years for businesses implementing new investment projects in the IP.

+ Regarding import tax: Investment projects in the IP are exempt from import tax on imported goods to create fixed assets according to the provisions of the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax.

By the end of Q1/2017, the IP has received 170 investment projects, including 98 domestic projects with a total registered investment capital of 13,273 billion VND and 72 foreign-invested projects with a total registered investment of 818 million USD.
