I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF SONG KHE - NOI HOANG INDUSTRIAL PARK

Song Khe - Nội Hoàng Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister to be added to the planning of industrial parks in Vietnam under Decision No. 1107/QD-TTg dated August 21, 2006, with a planned area of 150 ha.
Song Khe - Nội Hoàng Industrial Park was established in 2007, including two sub-zones:
Song Khe - Nội Hoàng Industrial Park (North Zone)
- Area: 105.0563 ha, of which the area of industrial land for lease is 78.5059 ha (accounting for 74.73%)
- Investor: Bắc Giang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company
- Approved detailed construction planning rate of 1/2000 in Decision 1892/QD-UBND dated November 25, 2014 and adjusted Detailed Planning in Official Letters No. 3554/UBND-CN dated December 14, 2015; Decision No. 1032/QD-UBND; Decision 635/QD-UBND dated August 30, 2019....and most recently in Decision No. 1019/QD-UBND dated December 27, 2019 of the Bắc Giang Provincial People's Committee.

Song Khe - Nội Hoàng Industrial Park (South Zone)
- Area: 44.9059 ha, of which the area of industrial land for lease is 32.7918 ha (accounting for 73.02% of the planned area)
- Investor: FUJI Bắc Giang Development Joint Stock Company
- Approved detailed planning in Decision No. 1573/QD-UBND dated September 26, 2007 with an initial planned area of 89.4 ha, then reduced by 23 ha, converting the purpose to residential land in Official Letter 2651/UBND-CN dated September 18, 2015. After that, the IZ was adjusted to detailed construction planning rate of 1/2000 in Decisions No. 1754/QD-UBND dated October 31, 2016 and Decision No. 18/QD-KCN dated March 30, 2017 of the Bắc Giang Provincial People's Committee.

According to the Bắc Giang Provincial Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister, Song Khe - Nội Hoàng Industrial Park is expected to merge more area of the Nội Hoàng Industrial Cluster to increase the total area of the industrial park to a scale of 221 ha to help synchronize industrial infrastructure planning in Bắc Giang province.

In terms of nature, Song Khe - Nội Hoàng Industrial Park is a multi-industry industrial park, focusing on manufacturing industries such as Mechanical Assembly, Processing Industry, Consumer Goods Manufacturing Industry, Construction Materials, Manufacturing Parts for shipbuilding industry and some other industries.
In terms of regional linkage location, Song Khe Nội Hoàng Industrial Park is adjacent to National Highway 1A and DT284, and:

II. SONG KHE NOI HOANG INDUSTRIAL PARK INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM

Power supply system: The power source for production for Song Khe - Nội Hoàng Industrial Park is taken from the 110kV/35kV Song Khe transformer station, which is connected according to the branch network combined with the radial network to supply power to each land plot in the industrial park.

Water supply system: clean water for production at Song Khe - Nội Hoàng Industrial Park is taken from the Bắc Giang clean water plant with a capacity of 35,000 m3/day and night from the D200 pipeline on National Highway 17, running underground to the boundary of each land plot in the industrial park.

Wastewater treatment system: The centralized wastewater treatment system of the North area has a treatment capacity of 10,000 m3/day and night; The wastewater treatment system in the South area has a treatment capacity of 1,200 m3/day and night. All wastewater at the IZ is treated locally at the factory before being collected and treated by the IZ's centralized wastewater treatment system to Grade A before being discharged into the environment.

Internal information system: Song Khe - Nội Hoàng Industrial Park is located close to the intersection between National Highway 1A and DT284 (running through the IZ). Therefore, the industrial park's internal road system has the ability to easily connect with both DT284 and National Highway 1A. The internal roads of the IZ have a cross-sectional width of 14m-16.5m-21m-22m-27m, in which, the roadbed width is from 7m-15 m Other infrastructure utilities: Song Khe - Nội Hoàng Industrial Park is also completed by the investor with infrastructure items such as: Green area, static parking lot, Rainwater drainage system independent of the wastewater drainage system, solid waste collection system, leveling height +3.2m to +4.9m, lighting system with a distance of 30m-35 m per pole.

III. CURRENT STATUS OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTION AT SONG KHE - NOI HOANG INDUSTRIAL PARK

Currently, the entire area of Song Khe - Nội Hoàng Industrial Park has been completed by the two investors to build infrastructure and lease to fill more than 100% of the land area of the entire industrial park with typical projects such as: Project producing products from Plastic of SHINSUNG Vina Co., Ltd; Project on production of iron, steel, cast iron of SEOJIN Vietnam Co., Ltd; Project on manufacturing electronic components of Myungbo Vina Co., Ltd; Project on manufacturing mobile phone cases of SUN YOUNG Vina Co., Ltd and a series of other projects of Korean, Chinese and Vietnamese investors.
