I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION OF QUE VO INDUSTRIAL PARK
On December 19, 2002, Que Vo Industrial Park was established and approved for investment project by the Prime Minister according to Decision No. 1224/2002/QD-TTG for Kinh Bac City Development Shareholding Corporation as the investor with a total investment of 531 billion VND. The industrial park has a planned area of 311.6 hectares, located in the administrative boundaries of Phương Liễu, Vân Dương, Nam Sơn communes, Que Vo district, Bắc Ninh province and has an operating term of 50 years from the date of investment project approval.
On August 21, 2006, Que Vo Industrial Park was approved for a further expansion of 300 hectares according to Decision 1107/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister. The expanded Que Vo Industrial Park has an operating term of 50 years from the date of project approval. Thus, the total planned area of the two phases of Que Vo IP is 611.6 hectares, making Que Vo IP one of the largest industrial parks in Bắc Ninh province, making a great contribution to the economic development activities of Que Vo district in particular and Bắc Ninh province in general.

Regarding regional links, Que Vo I IP is located at the eastern gateway of Bắc Ninh city and has a strategic and convenient traffic connection location. Specifically, Que Vo IP:
- Adjacent to National Highway 18 and located near National Highway 1
- 6.1 km from the center of Bắc Ninh city
- 35 km from the center of Hanoi city
- 50 km from Noi Bai International Airport
- 125 km from Lang Son International Border Gate
- 87 km from Hai Phong Port
- Convenient connection to neighboring provinces such as Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Vinh Phuc, Thai Nguyen
- Convenient connection to railways and inland waterways (Cau River)
Regarding nature, Que Vo industrial park aims to attract high-tech, non-polluting projects with high intellectual content and low labor use. II. QUE VO INDUSTRIAL PARK INFRASTRUCTURE
Internal traffic road system: Que Vo industrial park has a traffic road network designed in a grid pattern. The central axis roads are 32m wide with 4 lanes, the main axis is 22.5m wide and the branch roads are 17.5m wide, which facilitates traffic in the industrial park as well as connections to external traffic routes.
Power supply system: The electricity source for production for Que Vo IP and Que Vo expansion is taken from the 110 kV Pha Lai - Bắc Ninh line through the internal 110kV/22kV transformer station with a capacity of 80 MVA and the ability to expand according to the electricity demand of projects operating in the IP. The 22 kV lines are readily connected to each land plot in the industrial park.
Water supply system: Clean water for production at Que Vo IP is taken from two sources: underground water exploitation with a capacity of 10,000 m3/day and night and through a storage and regulating tank system with a capacity of 6,000 m3/day and night.
Wastewater treatment system: Wastewater from production activities at Que Vo IP is treated by a centralized wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 20,000 m3/day and night, capable of treating wastewater to standard A according to Vietnam's environmental technical standards.
Telecommunications system: A switchboard with more than 1000 numbers is installed by Que Vo IP according to technical tunnels, technical pipelines and readily connected to each land plot in the industrial park.
Fire protection system: The fire hydrant system of Que Vo IP is arranged with a distance between pipes of 150 m.
III. LAND RENTAL COSTS AT QUE VO I IP
Infrastructure usage fee: 100 USD/m2/entire lease term
Management fee: 0.5 USD/m2/year, calculated on the total area of leased land
Annual land rental: Applied according to the decision of the People's Committee of Bắc Ninh province
Electricity price: Applied according to EVN's electricity price list (current reference level from 1,027 VND - 2,959 VND/KWh)
Water price: 11,600 VND/m3, may change according to the decision of the People's Committee of Bắc Ninh province
Wastewater treatment fee: from 0.3 USD/m3, depending on the quality of the input wastewater

IV. CURRENT STATUS OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTION OF QUE VO I INDUSTRIAL PARK
After 20 years of formation and development, Que Vo Industrial Park has completed infrastructure construction and leased 100% of the land area of the IP with more than 100 investment projects from large investors, especially FDI enterprises such as Canon, Foxconn, Mitac, DK UIL, Nippon Steel, Tenma, Sentec, Bujeon, Youngbo... It can be said that, besides industrial parks such as Yen Phong, VSIP Bắc Ninh, Que Vo Industrial Park is one of the most successful industrial parks in Bắc Ninh province in attracting FDI capital when receiving investment from a range of large foreign businesses, contributing to changing the socio-economic landscape of Que Vo district in particular and Bắc Ninh province in general.
