HANAKA - Bắc Ninh Industrial Park

I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF HANAKA INDUSTRIAL PARK

HANAKA Industrial Park was added to the development plan of industrial parks in Vietnam according to Official Dispatch No. 1546/TTg-KTN dated September 18, 2008 of the Prime Minister with a planned area of 74 ha.
On October 12, 2009, Bắc Ninh Province approved the detailed planning of HANAKA Industrial Park at a scale of 1/500 in Decision No. 1607/QD-UBND with a planned area of 74.22 ha, belonging to the administrative boundaries of Trang Ha and Dong Nguyen wards, Từ Sơn Town, Bắc Ninh province. Later, HANAKA Industrial Park was adjusted to reduce the planned area according to Official Dispatch No. 1511/TTg-KTN dated August 20, 2014 and Decision No. 574/QD-UBND dated May 15, 2017 of the Bắc Ninh Provincial People's Committee. After the adjustment, the planned area of ​​HANAKA IP decreased from 
74.22 ha to 55.289 ha
According to the approved plan, HANAKA IP is a concentrated, synchronous and modern industrial park, making good use of local raw materials and human resources, attracting industrial production sectors that cause little pollution:
+ Garment industry, handicrafts
+ Mechanics, electronics assembly, refrigeration
+ Other light, less polluting and harmful industries
According to the industrial planning project of Bắc Ninh province until 2030, the current location of HANAKA IP will be converted into urban land, and at the same time HANAKA IP will be adjusted to a new location because the current IP is quite close to densely populated residential areas. 
On June 20, 2023, in Decision No. 728/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on approving the adjustment of the general planning of Bắc Ninh city to 2045, HANAKA industrial park was officially converted from an industrial park to an urban area.

II. INFRASTRUCTURE OF HANAKA INDUSTRIAL PARK

Power supply system: HANAKA Industrial Park is invested in building a power supply system through 35kV cables connected in parallel on the sidewalks in front of each lot in the industrial park and implementing power supply through 35/0.4kV substations with a total power supply capacity of approximately 11,000 KVA
Water supply system: HANAKA IP is invested in building a clean water treatment and supply plant with a capacity of approximately 3,0000 m3/day and night from local groundwater. 
Wastewater treatment system: all wastewater in the IP is treated by a centralized wastewater treatment system with a treatment capacity of over 2,000 m3/day and night, allowing wastewater treatment to standard A according to environmental technical standards of Vietnam. 
Internal traffic roads: The main road of the industrial park has a cross-section width of 35 m (of which the road is 10.5 m wide on each side); Branch roads in the industrial park have a cross-section width of 13 m - 18 m - 20.5 m - 22.5 m with a road width of 7-10.5 m and sidewalks and green trees on both sides. 
Information and communication system: Fiber optic cables are arranged along the main traffic routes in the industrial park
In addition, the IP is also invested in building parking lots, lighting systems, fire hydrants along traffic routes in the IP, leveled at an altitude of +5.5m to +6.125m. 

III. CURRENT STATUS OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTION OF HANAKA INDUSTRIAL PARK

Currently, HANAKA Industrial Park has only deployed about 40% of the industrial park area that has been leased to fill 100% of the land area of ​​the industrial park that has built infrastructure, mainly projects of member companies of the HANAKA group and a few other small projects. The industrial park is currently carrying out the necessary procedures to convert to the urban area model approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 728/QD-TTg.
