Trang Due Industrial Park - Hai Phong City

Trang Due Industrial Park planned with a total area of 600 ha construction in the model of a modern architectural ensemble includes: Industrial Park - Urban - The entertainment and services.
The project is divided into 2 parts:
       - 400 ha Industrial Park consists of 2 phases:
                   Phase 1: 187 ha (industrial land)
                   Phase 2: 214 ha (industrial land)
        - Urban Services 200 ha
Currently, Trang Due Industrial Park was completed clearance Phase 1 and completed basic infrastructure of industrial park. In addition, Industrial Park has also initiative built 15 factory  with an area of 4400m2 - 5800m2 to serve the different project of investors.
Consecutively good news, LG Group has committed to invest a "production complexes" with a total investment capital for the life of the project is 1.5 billion USD, bringing the total number of investors in Trang Due Industrial Part on the number 22, and the occupancy rate of phase 1 to 70% of the Industrial Park.
 Along to the process of attracting industrial investments in phase 1, SHP continues to expension phase 2 of Trang Due Industrial Park. Planning and investment procedures basically completed, expected in the end of 2014 SHP will complete the clearance, land availability for domestic and foreign investors to invest in Trang Due Industrial Park.

Trang Due Industrial park - Infrastructure system
Road system in the Trang Due IP:
The main road and feeder road system is constructed up to international standard to ensure smooth transportation inside the IP.
• Main Road: 32 m wide
• Feeder Road: 23 m wide

Factory and Office System:
There are standard factories and offices with the area from 4.000 m² to 6000 m² (total area: 80.000 m2) which are available for rent. Investors can go straight into production due to the structural stability and completeness of the system.
Electrical system:
The 110/35/22KV transformer station is installed with the most advanced and modern equipment. It has a capacity of 2 x 63MVA and is used to provide electricity for the IP only. The station can ensure sufficient and stable supply for the entire Industrial park.
Water supply system:
The water supplier is Vat Cach water plant (Haiphong) with the capacity of 20,000m3/day and upgrading to 30,000m3/day, which can provide water sufficiently and stably to all enterprises in the IP.

Drainage system:
Industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater is collected and treated at the wastewater treatment tank Stage 1: 1,500m3/day to ensure environmental sanitation base on standard 40:2011 of Minister of Natural  Resourse Environmnet.
Communication system:
Communication system in the IP is provided by leading telecommunication companies such as VNPT, EVN-telecom… The modern system with separate cable, ADSL… covers the entire IP and is able to meet the demand of investors.
In 2014, Trang Due IP will corporate with supplier to ensure 100% communication will be underground, ensure quality service and image of investor in Trang Due Industrial Park.

Other services:
In addition to the modern and synchronous infrastructure system, Trang Due IP also provides services such as: customs clearance, transportation, storage…, which are very helpful for investors in the process of import and export.

Incentive of Income Tax:
Project invest in Economics Zone will be received rate tax 10% within 15 year, calculator from first year which enterprise has revenue (from activity receive tax incentive) and rate tax is 25% in next years.
Project is exemption income tax in first 4 year, reduce 50% tax in continously 9 year, and calculator from first year which enterprise has taxnable income from investment project; Incase Enterprise hasn’t taxnable income within first 3 years, from first year which has revenue from project, So time of exemption, reduce will be calculator from forth year.
Pursuant to Decree No. 124/2008/ND-CP of December 11, 2008 of the Government about Detail guiding the implementation of the Law on Enterprise Income Tax.

Personal Income Tax:
Vietnamese and foreign people work on Economics Zone will be reduce 50% personal income tax if they are object of personal income tax.
Pursuant to Decree no29/2008/NĐ-CP of March 14, 2008 of Government about Industrial Park, Export Zone, Economics Zone Regulation;
Pursuant to Circular no.176/2009/TT-BTC dated 09/9/2009 of the Ministry of Finance guidelines on the reduction of personal income tax for individuals working in economic zones.
At present, Trang Due IP has 15 Quality standard factories with area estimates 80,000m2 to service demand of small investor.

- Gate system: Infront of factory has gate for container truck, others side have door for work and emergency case.

- Roof has designed to absorb wind ensure natural wind in factory.
- Brick wall around factory have 1.2m heigh, 220mm thick and cover by paint.
- Floor: Main raw is concrete which welded wire mesh. The underside compacted tightly by stone and sand.

At present, we have 40ha empty land for rent to build factory, logistic until 13/11/2057.
Land have area larger than 3ha which was designed and separate clearly ensure demand of investors.
All land lot was filled and ready to connect with electricity system, water system and internet go along internal road of Industrial Park.
