Nam Sach Industrial Park project was established on Decision and approval of industrial zone infrastructure construction and business investment project No. 539/2003 / QD-UB dated February 27, 2003 of Hai Duong People"s Committee. Nam Sach IP is one of 3 industrial Park located in Hai Duong province developed by VID Group.

The IP/IZ (industrial Zone) is located in Hai Duong Province (Ai Quoc, Cam Giang District) with the total area of 63 ha and considered as one of most attractive location for investment attraction in Hai Duong.

Internal transport system: The internal road system is constructed to ensure vehicles to easily and conveniently move to each factory. The Main road 36m and the branch road with 24m for 2 to 6 lands

Power System: The power supply for Nam Sach Industrial Zone is taken from the 35KV transmission line to the transformer station with the capacity of 30,000KVA, always ensuring stable supply of electricity for production of enterprises.The High Voltage Network (22KV) is provided along the internal roads in the Industrial zone. Power source and power network ensure stable supply of electricity for production. The transformer with total capacity of 30MW

Water supply system: The water supply system with a capacity of 4.500m3/day ensures high quality and sufficient quantity to serve production and living needs to the fence of enterprises.

Waste Water treatment system: All production and domestic wastewater shall be firstly treated by the enterprise to match minimum level C before discharging to the common wastewater system of the industrial zone, then the industrial zone will continue to treat to meet the regulated standards.

Wastewater treatment System with capacity 3.600 m3/day has been invested and operated.

Fire protection:The water supply network for firefighting is designed in conjunction with the potable water supply network, which is located along the roads. The distance among fire hydrants is 120m -150m with a diameter of D125mm.

Telecomunications: Modern IT system with wide range of services. Services provided by Viettel, VNPT.
