I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF Hải Phòng INDUSTRIAL PARK

Hải Phòng Industrial Park was formerly the Hải Phòng Export Processing Zone 96, established on June 26, 2007, under License No. 1935/GP and Adjustment License No. 1935/GPĐC1 dated January 9, 2006, issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment in the form of a joint venture with the investor being Hải Phòng Industrial Park Joint Venture Company (Joint venture between Hang Tung Group, Asia Glorius Development Limited - Hong Kong and Hải Phòng city). The project has a total investment of 75 million USD and a land use scale of 150 hectares, of which the area of industrial land for lease is 97 hectares.
Hải Phòng Industrial Park was officially started construction of infrastructure and put into operation on May 13, 2004 and the project has an operating term of 50 years from the date of adjusted license (From 2006-2056)

Internal traffic system: the internal roads of Hải Phòng Industrial Park are paved with asphalt concrete according to Vietnamese traffic standards H30 with a main axis width of 34 m and a branch road width of 21.5 m with green trees and sidewalks on both sides of the road.
Power supply system: Hải Phòng Industrial Park is supplied with electricity by 02 independent power sources through 02 transformer stations, TBA 110kV/22kV HP95 with a capacity of 25 MVA and TBA 110kV/22kV Hải Phòng with a capacity of 2*25 MVA, which is currently being invested to upgrade the capacity to 63 MVA, ensuring a stable and full supply of electricity for factories operating in the industrial park. 22kV lines are connected to each land plot in the industrial park. 
Water supply system: The clean water plant of Hải Phòng Industrial Park has a maximum water supply capacity of 10,000 m3/day and night with water meeting standards according to regulations of the Ministry of Health
Wastewater treatment system: All wastewater at Hải Phòng Industrial Park will be pre-treated by each enterprise before being collected and treated by the industrial park's wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 1,200 m3/day and night to standard A of Vietnam's environmental technical standards. The wastewater treatment system can be increased in capacity according to actual needs.
Fire protection system: Fire hydrants are arranged along traffic routes in the industrial park with a distance of 150 m each, ensuring the ability to overcome fire incidents in the industrial park
Other infrastructure utilities: The rainwater drainage system with concrete box culverts is arranged independently from the wastewater collection and treatment system; The telecommunications system is fully, synchronously and modernly provided; Utilities such as ATMs and other banking services are readily available in the industrial park; Solid waste collection and treatment services...
