I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF AN DUONG INDUSTRIAL PARK
In December 2008, the Hải Phòng Economic Zone Management Board issued an Investment Certificate for the An Dương Industrial Park project phase 1 to Tham Viet United Investment Co., Ltd. (Cooperation between Hải Phòng City and a private investor from Shenzhen City) as the investor with a total investment of 175 million USD, the project's operating term is 50 years (From 2008 to 2058), the land use area of the industrial park is approved to be 196.1 hectares, of which the industrial land area for lease is 126.6 hectares.


Regarding nature, An Dương Industrial Park is a concentrated industrial park, mainly focusing on attracting investment projects in the production of electronics, microelectronics, electrical equipment, refrigeration, consumer goods and other clean and environmentally friendly industries.
Regarding regional connectivity, An Dương IP is planned to be located in Nam Sơn and Bắc Sơn communes, An Dương district and is adjacent to National Highway 10, near large industrial parks such as Trang Due, VSIP Hải Phòng, Japan - Hải Phòng IP, and:
- 25 km from Dinh Vu port; 43 km from Lach Huyen port
- 16 km from the center of Hải Phòng city
- 100 km from the center of Hanoi
- About 9 km from Hanoi - Hải Phòng highway
II. AN DUONG IP INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM
Water supply system: clean water is supplied from the An Dương clean water plant with a maximum water supply capacity of 30,000 m3/day and night, water supply pipelines are routed underground to each lot in the industrial park.
Wastewater treatment system: According to the design, An Dương Industrial Park will invest in building a wastewater treatment station with a total treatment capacity of 10,000 m3/day and night. Currently, phase 1 of the project has completed the wastewater treatment station with a treatment capacity of 2,250 m3/day and night. The next phases will be completed in accordance with the wastewater treatment needs of projects in the industrial park in the future.
Telecommunications system: telecommunications and internet equipment have been connected and ready in the industrial park, ensuring to meet the needs of investors.
