Vinh Thinh was one of the industrial parks approved to be included in the plan of industrial parks in Vinh Phuc under Official Dispatch No. 1581/TTg-KTN date September 03, 2009 issued by the Prime Minister. At the time of being added into the plan, Vinh Thinh Industrial Park had a projected area of 270 hectares.
On July 18, 2016, Vinh Phuc provincial People’s Committee decided to exclude Vinh Thinh Industrial Park from the plan and replaced it with the development of an eco-tourism area covering 250 hectares at the same location, as per Decision No. 2323/QĐ-UBND. Currently, FLC Group has invested to build an eco-resort combined with a conference center and entertainment center in this area.
