I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF SONG LO I INDUSTRIAL PARK
Song Lo I Industrial Park (or Song Lo 1 Industrial Park) was approved by the Prime Minister to be included in the plan of industrial parks in Vinh Phuc under Official Dispatch No. 1581/TTg-KTN dated September 03, 2009 with a projected planned area of 200 hectares.
On March 17, 2021, the investment project for construction and infrastructure development of Song Lo I Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister for its investment policy under Decision No. 387/QĐ-TTg for Song Lo Infrastructure Development Investment Co., Ltd with a total investment capital of over 1,253 billion VND. The project covers an area of 177.36 hectares, located in the administrative boundary of Tu Yen, Dong Thinh, and Duc Bac Communes, Song Lo District, Vinh Phuc province, with an operating duration of 50 years.
In terms of regional linkage, Song Lo I Industrial Park is situated adjacent to the Ha Noi - Lao Cai Highway and:

- 21 km from Viet Tri city

II. STATUS QUO OF ATTRACTING INVESTMENT AT SONG LOI INDUSTRIAL PARK
Currently, Song Lo I Industrial Park"s investor is completing procedures related to environmental compliance, land use, and matters concerning land use planning, compensation, and site clearance. Construction has not yet commenced. The industrial park is expected to be completed and begin attracting investment starting in 2024.
