I. Overview of Phú Mỹ II IP
Phú Mỹ II IP was established under Decision No. 1729/CP-CN of the Prime Minister dated November 18, 2004 and under Decision 2089/QD-UBND dated June 29, 2005 of Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu Province.On August 10, 2006, Phú Mỹ II IP was approved for planning under Decision No. 1130/QD-UBND dated August 10, 2006 of the Ministry of Construction with a planned area of 620.6 ha, located in the administrative boundaries of present Phước Tân Ward and Phu My Ward, Phu My Town, Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu Province.
On September 15, 2021, the People's Committee of Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu Province approved Decision No. 2785/QD-UBND adjusting the partial subdivision ratio of 1/2000 of Phú Mỹ II IP. According to the adjusted content, the area of industrial land for lease in Phú Mỹ II IP was adjusted to increase from 388.93 ha to 425.49 ha (Including the land area for building factories and the land area for warehouses).

Wastewater treatment system: The centralized wastewater treatment station at Phú Mỹ II IP has a treatment capacity of 4,000 m3/day and night, has been put into operation, is pre-connected to the discharge connection point to the fence of each factory, and is capable of treating wastewater from column B according to environmental technical standards.
