Phú Hội Industrial Park is located in Phú Hội commune, Duc Trong district, which is a favorable area in terms of infrastructure, transportation and supply distance from raw material areas. 35 km northeast of Da Lat and 80 km west-southwest of Bao Loc town; 03km from Lien Khuong airport; Located next to National Highway 20 between Da Lat and Dau Giay, which is being invested in building a highway, convenient for traveling to Ho Chi Minh City and Ba Ria - Vung Tau provinces, the central coastal provinces and the Central Highlands, 130Km from Binh Thuan seaport.

Land rent and Industrial Park infrastructure usage fees:
- Raw land rent: 210 VND/m2/year
- Clean land rent (GPMB compensated): 0.12 USD/ m2/ year
- Infrastructure usage fee: 0.16 USD/ m2/ year
- Exempted from land rent for 15 years
- The operating time of the Industrial Park is 50 years from 2005

- Water price: According to current regulations of the Provincial People's Committee
