The industrial park has an area of 70 hectares, with a population of about 1,600 people. Of which, the planned land for factories and enterprises is 40 hectares, technical area land is 2.5 hectares, administrative and service construction land is 1.3 hectares, traffic land is 13.2 hectares, residential land is 4.2 hectares, and green land is 8.6 hectares. Regarding traffic, the main road to the airport has a construction boundary of 47.5m wide, the remaining roads are 17.5m.

According to the regulations on planning management, factories, enterprises, residential areas and administrative service areas in the industrial park are built from 1 to 3 floors. When constructing, priority is given to using local materials to suit the climatic conditions of the area. Items using corrugated iron require the use of blue corrugated iron. Items with built walls can use other colors but are not allowed to use reflective colors.

Also according to the People's Committee of Kon Tum, the industrial park is a concentrated industrial zone for building medium and small-scale industrial factories and enterprises that cause little environmental pollution, including industrial types: Processing forest products, building materials, transportation equipment, electrical equipment, electronics, garments, etc., serving domestic and export needs.

According to the Management Board of the Economic Zone of Kon Tum Province, the projects that will be prioritized for investment and construction in the industrial park in phase 2 will be the Project for investment and construction of traffic, rainwater drainage, green trees along the route; Water supply project; Wastewater treatment project; Power supply and street lighting project; Project for leveling the ground for residential area, administrative and service area; Project to plant green trees in parks and isolation greenery.

Industrial park infrastructure

- Internal traffic of the Industrial Park: In the center of the land, design a main traffic axis (route 1) of the Industrial Park running from National Highway 14 to the end of the Industrial Park to the West (cutting across the last ring road) forming the main traffic route; the second route is connected from the existing road in the North through the Industrial Park along the North - South axis connecting to the existing road in the residential area South of the Industrial Park.

- Traffic connecting to the area:

+ Ring road and external traffic: Based on the existing QL14 roads, the dirt road north of the industrial park, the ring road and external traffic of the industrial park are designed to be spacious, airy and clean for transport vehicles.

- Power supply system:

- Power source: Using 110/22kv-2x10MNA substation from the 110 kv line to supply the area south of the Dak Bla River.

- Power grid: The power grid is mainly overhead, starting from the 110 KV Industrial Park substation, the pole line is arranged on the sidewalk of traffic routes, 12.5 m high centrifugal concrete poles. Street lighting grid is powered from a single-phase grid station, mercury cable ball, lamp post using 8.5m high centrifugal concrete pole.

- Water supply:

+ Water source: In the initial stage, use groundwater (drilled wells), in the following years use the general water supply of Kon Tum City.

+ Network: Water supply pipes have diameters ɸ 100; ɸ 150; ɸ 200; total length is 215.51. The distribution pipe is connected from the transfer pipe with a diameter of ɸ 75, the average length from the distribution pipe to each lot is 50m; total length is 1250m.

- Wastewater treatment system, waste environmental sanitation:

+ Rainwater and wastewater drainage systems are arranged separately. Workshops and factories with particularly hazardous wastewater must be treated to meet the prescribed standards before being discharged into the industrial drainage network. Industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater after local treatment according to the drainage network to the centralized wastewater treatment plant. The quality standards of wastewater before being discharged to the discharge source meet the permitted standards.

+ Ditch and culvert structure: Use reinforced concrete round ditches and culverts.
