The industrial park has an area of 70 hectares, with a population of about 1,600 people. Of which, the planned land for factories and enterprises is 40 hectares, technical area land is 2.5 hectares, administrative and service construction land is 1.3 hectares, traffic land is 13.2 hectares, residential land is 4.2 hectares, and green land is 8.6 hectares. Regarding traffic, the main road to the airport has a construction boundary of 47.5m wide, the remaining roads are 17.5m.
According to the regulations on planning management, factories, enterprises, residential areas and administrative service areas in the industrial park are built from 1 to 3 floors. When constructing, priority is given to using local materials to suit the climatic conditions of the area. Items using corrugated iron require the use of blue corrugated iron. Items with built walls can use other colors but are not allowed to use reflective colors.
Also according to the People's Committee of Kon Tum, the industrial park is a concentrated industrial zone for building medium and small-scale industrial factories and enterprises that cause little environmental pollution, including industrial types: Processing forest products, building materials, transportation equipment, electrical equipment, electronics, garments, etc., serving domestic and export needs.

Industrial park infrastructure
- Internal traffic of the Industrial Park: In the center of the land, design a main traffic axis (route 1) of the Industrial Park running from National Highway 14 to the end of the Industrial Park to the West (cutting across the last ring road) forming the main traffic route; the second route is connected from the existing road in the North through the Industrial Park along the North - South axis connecting to the existing road in the residential area South of the Industrial Park.

Street lighting grid is powered from a single-phase grid station, mercury cable ball, lamp post using 8.5m high centrifugal concrete pole.
