
Dinh Vu Industrial Park (also known as Deep C Industrial Park) is the first foreign-invested industrial park in Hải Phòng. The project is invested by Dinh Vu Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (a joint venture between 75% of capital from foreign shareholders and 25% of shares managed by the Hải Phòng People's Committee). Dinh Vu Industrial Park has a total area of 541.46 ha, including 02 phases: Phase 1, has a planned area of 164 ha, was established in 1997 and has an operating term from 1997 - 2047. The project has a total investment of approximately USD 79.93 million, and is oriented as a general industrial park (heavy industry, light industry, chemicals - petrochemicals) with advantages in liquid cargo ports, aiming to become a modern chemical and petrochemical industrial complex in the Dinh Vu port area (Hải Phòng);
Phase 2, has a planned area of 377.46 ha (of which the area of industrial land for lease is 294.73 ha), was established in 2008 and has an operating term of 50 years (from 2008-2058). The project has a total investment of approximately USD 88 million, continuing to maintain the goals of phase 1, building it into a general industrial park, capable of receiving heavy industry, light industry and chemical and petrochemical projects.
Dinh Vu Industrial Park is planned to be located within the boundaries of the Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone and enjoys special investment incentive policies, along with well-invested and modern industrial infrastructure, which has helped Dinh Vu Industrial Park quickly fill up and become one of the best performing industrial parks in Hải Phòng.
