I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF CAU CUU INDUSTRIAL PARK
The Cầu Cựu Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister to supplement the development plan of industrial parks in Hải Phòng in Official Dispatch No. 1255/TTg-KTN dated July 27, 2011 with a planned area of 106 ha.
The People's Committee of Hải Phòng City has approved the detailed construction plan at a scale of 1/500 of Cầu Cựu Industrial Park, according to which, the industrial park has a total planned area of 113.03 ha with the land use structure:
- Industrial land, warehouses: 60.74 ha (accounting for 53.73% of the planned area)
- Public land: 2.23 ha
- Traffic land: 11.96 ha
- Religious land 0.22 ha, green land 15.13 ha, river dike 1.4 ha, technical infrastructure land 2.4 ha, parking lot 0.69 ha


Regarding regional connectivity, Cầu Cựu Industrial Park has a direct connection to the Hanoi - Hải Phòng expressway in the direction of Hải Phòng and is adjacent to National Highway 10, which not only allows convenient transportation connections to seaports but also convenient connections to neighboring provinces such as Hai Duong and Thai Binh. Specifically, Cầu Cựu Industrial Park:

- 107 km from Noi Bai airport
