Yen My II Industrial Park (IP) in the northern province of Hung Yen received a wave of both local and foreign investors to rent land for their warehouses and workshop construction in the first half of the year. Internal transport system: The internal traffic system is built with a reasonable cross-section, ensuring the transport facilities to each factory easily and conveniently.

Internal traffic system with road section from 21.25 m to 45 m, roadway from 11.25 m - 22.5 m to meet 40 feet container truck and other road transport means to access convenient.

Power System: Power lines: Power is supplied continuously and stably through Yen My town transformer station 110 / 22KV / 35KV with a capacity of 63MVA.

Water supply system: The Industrial Park water plant was built with a capacity of 7,500 m3 / day. Water is taken directly from groundwater. The water supply system is connected to the fence of each enterprise.

Waste Water treatment system: Wastewater treatment plant is built with a capacity of 4,000m3 / day and night. Wastewater is treated locally at factories before being discharged into the general waste water drainage system of the Industrial Park.

Fire protection:The water supply network for firefighting is designed in conjunction with the potable water supply network, which is located along the roads. The distance among fire hydrants is 120m -150m with a diameter of D125mm.

Telecomunications: Modern IT system with wide range of services. Services provided by Viettel, VNPT.
