INVESTMENT COSTS

Electricity
Price (22KV):

• Normal hours (From 4:00 to 18:00) : VND 1,748/Kwh.

• Peak hours (From 18:00 to 22:00): VND 2,965/Kwh.

• Off-peak hours (From 22:00 to 4:00): VND 1,213/Kwh.

(Tan Duc Company lowered the station for customers +230 VND/Kwh)

Water price : 14,000 VND/ m3.

Wastewater treatment fee:7,200 VND/m3

The amount of wastewater in development is equal to 80% of the input water and enterprises must treat the type B standard before being discharged into the general discharge system of the industrial park. Enterprises must pay the wastewater treatment fee according to the unit price of Tan Duc Company.

Maintenance fee for infrastructure in the industrial park: VND 10,018/m2/year.

Other fees such asphone, fax, internet,... calculated in accordance with regulations of service providers. Other costs will apply according to the fee price approved by the Management Board of Long An Economic Zone.

INVESTMENT INCENTIVES

- Corporate income tax: The first 02 years of CIT exemption 0% (from the year of taxable income), the next 04 years Reduce 50% (i.e. pay CIT rate of 8.5%), the last 04 years of the
preferential term is 17%. After the preferential period of CIT tax rate as prescribed is 20%

- Import/export tax: Exemption from import tax on imports under Chapter II of Decree No. 134/2016/ND-CP, September 1, 2016 of the Government and other deadlines.
