OVERVIEW
An Phat Complex upcoming project based on the resourceful land of Quoc Tuan – An Binh Ward, our newest Industrial Park (IP) is filled with promising opportunities, attracting wider diversified industries ranging from electronic, food and beverage (F&B), plastic, injection molding, etc. We aim to provide more than what we have in the previous project, strive for further growth to be the next ideal destination for our customers and excel in bringing career opportunities for our future workers. We also hold strongly on our motto – to sustain a high technology and environmental friendly IP in Hai Duong Province.

OBJECTIVES
1. Launching during the third quarter of 2020
2. Expected occupancy rate by year 2025: 100% 
3. Expected labor force: 12,000 – 15,000
4. Attracting 50 - 70 manufacturing factories
5. Bring the socio-economic efficiency to the local residents, attracting domestic and foreign investments, promoting economic development and urbanuralization in the province, providing career opportunities, etc.

CHARACTERISTICS
Position 
An Binh - Quoc Tuan Industrial Park is adjacent to Km69 of Highway 37 and belongs to 3 communes including Quoc Tuan, An Binh, An Lam Ward of Nam Sach District, Hai Duong Province. The prime location contributes towards the idealistic of Quoc Tuan – An Binh IP, along with the following factors:
- Convenient location, easy access to main roads, river port and rail transportation;
- Suitable natural conditions for construction of IP and ancillary urban center;
- Square-shaped land plots with separate area for different industries 
- Abundant young and well-trained human resources coming from Hai Duong and neighbor provinces such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, and Hung Yen.
Target industries in the IP
Similar to An Phat Complex IP in Viet Hoa ward, Hai Duong city, An Binh - Quoc Tuan IP has a list of diversified industries that have been combined in accordance with the industrial development orientation of the Province, including:
- Manufacturing and assembling mechanical and electronic components. 
- Food and consumer goods industry.
- Auxiliary industry, technology and environmentally friendly related industries
- New materials manufacturing 
- Precision engineering, injection molding plastic industry

PROJECT DURATION
The duration of the project is 50 years and expected expiry year is 2070.

CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Was expertise in September 2019 with a total land area of 180 ha for phase 1, An Binh – Quoc Tuan IP is divided into functional areas as follows: 
 
The Operating Center and Services:
The Central area is built within the concentrated layout including headquarters of the management department and the Executive Board of IP, duties, customs department, banks, post office, fire protection, services such as exhibition center, product introduction, health center, training center, etc... The front of the central area faces the main road of the Industrial Park, in adjacent to Highway #37. In addition, an area for worker’s houses including public - commercial services – worker’s houses is predicted to occupy up to 27ha.

Factory and Enterprise Complex
The area for construction of factories and warehouse in Phase 1 occupies most of the area of the IP (illustrated by the blue area on the map). And subdivision planning of the land for industrial factories is located based on the orientation of the specified traffic network organization. The plot of land is divided into an area of 2 – 4 hectares and is planned to ensure the flexibility of division or merger to suit the using purpose, scale, the technology of each type of industry and meet other requirements of investors.
According to the plan, the scale of the industrial zone will be expanded to 360 hectares in the future (illustrated by the purple area on the map), after the land area of phase 1 is filled.

INFRASTRUCTURES
An Binh – Quoc Tuan IP is equipped with advanced infrastructure systems to assure enterprises’ high-standard requirements.
- Power Supply
The expected power supply for all factories and warehouse is 36.08 MVA and entirely be guaranteed to supply fully.
Once functioned, the 110KV Grids nearby IP able to be used including three 110KV transmission lines running in between Hai Duong – Pha Lai – Lai Khe. In the future, a 110KV 2 x 25MVA station will be erected by the IP to supply power for all investors.
- Water supply
Currently, a water supply plant based in the South of Nam Sach Ward, with designed capacity of 20,000 m3/ day, approximately 3.5km from IP. In the North, another project of An Binh clean water plant with estimated capacity of 30,000 m3/ full day under implementing period.
Since ABQT IP is located next to Kinh Thay river, we will use the advantage and set up a separate water plant in the North East area as an additional source of water supply. 
- Wastewater Treatment
A Wastewater Treatment Station with the capacity of 41,00 m3/day is designed and invested to guarantee the IP demand.
