The planning area belongs to Vinh Loc A commune, Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City. The contiguous boundaries are as follows:

Infrastructure of Vinh Loc 3 industrial park:
- Topographic:
The topography of the area is relatively flat, the slope direction is not clear with a very small ground slope of almost zero. Most of the area is paddy land, the ground elevation varies from 2.25m to 3.86m ( elevation in Hon Dau), residential areas along Quach Dieu Street and some scattered in the North.
- Road Traffic System:
Organize the transportation system in accordance with the needs in the planning area, creating links with roads outside the area according to the general planning of Binh Chanh district.
To develop internal roads in the planning area to facilitate circulation, with the projected North-South axis linking the industrial and residential areas with a 30 m road limit and other internal roads with a 16 - 30 m width.
- Stormwater:
Construction ground elevation above xd ≥ 3.50m (Hon Dau height). The direction of rainwater drainage along the industrial ditches will focus on outlet box culverts to the North to the Sa canal.
- Water supply:
Use a local water supply system with locally exploited underground water through a treated system and water distribution network.
- Electricity supply:
Electricity is supplied from the existing 110 / 15-22KV - Vinh Loc station.
- Waste water drainage - environmental sanitation:
The sewage system of the industrial zone is designed and built completely from the beginning. Dirty wastewater must be locally treated within the construction area before being discharged into the natural environment, meeting the criteria stated in column B TCVN 5945-2005.
In the planning area, there is 01 closed garbage disposal area in technical infrastructure - wastewater treatment station. Organic waste is collected daily by specialized vehicles to the station and sent to Go Cat Binh Chanh centralized waste treatment area in the first and long term to Tam Tan landfill, Cu Chi district. Inorganic waste is taken to Da Phuoc landfill, Binh Chanh district.
Investment incentives of Vinh Loc 3 industrial park:
2-year tax exemption, 50% reduction of payable tax amount for 4 subsequent years.
The period of tax exemption or reduction is calculated continuously from the first year of taxable income from the new investment project eligible for tax incentives. With turnover from a new investment project, the tax exemption and reduction period is counted from the fourth year.
