I. Overview of Mỹ Xuân A Industrial Park

Mỹ Xuân A Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 333/TTg dated May 22, 1996 and Decision No. 554/QD-TTg dated July 08, 2002 of the Prime Minister and approved for planning under Decision No. 1248/QD-BXD dated October 04, 2002 of the Ministry of Construction, which was adjusted for planning under Decisions No. 1363/QD-BXD dated October 17, 2003; Decision No. 2841/QD-UBND dated October 11, 2018 of the Ministry of Construction and the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

Mỹ Xuân A Industrial Park has a planned area of 302.4 hectares, of which the area of industrial land for lease is 230.2 hectares, belonging to the administrative boundary of Mỹ Xuân Ward, Phu My Town.

II. Infrastructure of Mỹ Xuân A Industrial Park

Power supply system: Connected from the national power grid, managed by Tan Thanh Power Company, with 22KV power lines readily connected to the factory fence.

Water supply system: Production water is supplied from Phu My Water Plant, with a water supply capacity of 22,000 m3/day and night.

Wastewater treatment system: The wastewater treatment system of Mỹ Xuân A Industrial Park is invested in construction with a treatment capacity of 4,000 m3/day and night and has the ability to treat wastewater from standard column B according to Vietnam's environmental technical regulations.

Internal road system: With a width of 8m-15m, constructed with a load of H30, road cross-section width from 35m to 55m

Natural gas supply: There is a low-pressure gas distribution station in the Industrial Park, capable of supplying gas to manufacturing businesses in the Industrial Park.

Other utilities: Telecommunications system, rainwater drainage system

Wastewater treatment fee: 0.4 USD/m3

Electricity price: According to the price regulations of the Electricity Company

Investment incentives at Mỹ Xuân A Industrial Park: A preferential tax rate of 17% is applied for 10 years, of which 100% of the tax payable is exempted for the first 02 years and 50% of the tax payable is reduced for the next 04 years.
