I. Overview of Minh Hưng Industrial Park - Sikico

On March 23, 2015, Minh Hưng - Sikico Industrial Park was approved for detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/2000 by the People's Committee of Bình Phước Province in Decision No. 549/QD-UBND with an area of approximately 495.8 ha
On November 26, 2015, Minh Hưng - Sikico Industrial Park was added to the development plan of Industrial Parks in Bình Phước until 2020 by the Prime Minister in Official Dispatch No. 2162/TTg-KTN with a planned area of 655 ha.
On May 26, 2016, Minh Hưng - Sikico IP was approved for investment policy in Official Dispatch No. 866/TTg-KTN with the project implementation location in Dong No commune, Hớn Quản district, Bình Phước province. The project has an operating term of 50 years (until 2066), with an investment capital of nearly VND 3,400 billion with the investor being Minh Hưng - Sikico Industrial Joint Stock Company.
On November 29, 2016, To be consistent with the investment policy of Minh Hưng - Sikico IP approved by the Prime Minister, the People's Committee of Bình Phước Province approved the construction planning project at a scale of 1/2000 of the expanded Minh Hưng - Sikico IP with an expanded area of 159 ha in Decision No. 3063/QD-UBND to supplement Decision 549/QD-UBND.
Thus, the overall Minh Hưng - Sikico IP, including the expanded area, has a scale of 654.8 ha, of which the industrial land area is approximately 476 ha.

II. Infrastructure of Minh Hưng Sikico IP

Power supply system: The current production power source of Minh Hưng - Sikico Industrial Park is supplied from the 110/22kV Chon Thanh substation on National Highway 13. In the future, when the factories in the industrial park operate stably, the investor will build its own substation for the Industrial Park with a planned capacity of 63 MVA

Water supply system: Taken from the water supply plant of Bình Phước Water Supply and Drainage Joint Stock Company. It is expected that the industrial park will build its own water supply system in case the demand for water increases

Wastewater treatment system: The industrial park has a centralized wastewater treatment system with a treatment capacity of 7,300 m3/day and night, allowing the reception of input wastewater that meets standard B according to Vietnam's environmental technical standards

Internal traffic road system: In general, Minh Hưng - Sikico IP has been built with main axes with a right-of-way from 42-62 m, of which the road surface is 18 meters wide, and branch roads in the IP have a right-of-way from 18-37 meters, the road surface is 8 m wide, allowing for good traffic and transportation of goods in the industrial park

Information and communication system: connected to Dong No telecommunications station, allowing for stable information connection

External utility system: Minh Hưng - Sikico Industrial Park is planned to be located in the overall development of urban, service, commercial and social housing infrastructure

III. Land lease costs and investment incentives at Minh Hưng - Sikico IP

Infrastructure usage fee: 78-85 USD/m2/Until the end of May 30, 2066. The infrastructure usage fee may vary depending on the location and area of the leased land

Management fee: 0.045 USD/m2/month

Annual land rent: Included in the infrastructure usage fee

Electricity price: Applied according to the state's electricity price list (from VND 1,044 - VND 2,964/kWh)

Water price: VND 13,600/m3
