I. Overview of Dong Xuyen Industrial Park

Dong Xuyen Industrial Park, Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu province, was established according to Decision No. 639/QD-TTg dated September 9, 1996, of the Prime Minister and approved for detailed construction planning according to Decision No. 567BXD/KTQH dated October 30, 1996, of the Ministry of Construction. The industrial park is planned with a total area of 160.81 hectares located in Rạch Dừa ward, Vũng Tàu city, with an operating term of 50 years from October 30, 1996 (according to Decision No. 804/QD-TTg of the Government), of which the industrial land area for lease is 128.84 hectares.
Dong Xuyen Industrial Park has a convenient location for traffic and seaport connections. Specifically:

+ 87 km from Bien Hoa Station

Due to its special location with 03 sides adjacent to the sea, Dong Xuyen Industrial Park is planned with the goal of focusing on attracting oil and gas industrial service sectors such as port exploitation, storage, distribution, oil and gas transportation, etc.; Marine service industries such as warehouses, seaports, sea transportation; General industries such as mechanical manufacturing, electronics production, consumer goods, etc.

II. Infrastructure of Dong Xuyen Industrial Park

Internal traffic system: the industrial park's internal roads have a total length of 9.22 km and are built to well accommodate specialized transport vehicles such as container trucks.
Power supply system: Electricity production in Dong Xuyen Industrial Park is guaranteed by a 110kV/22kV transformer station in the industrial park and a 22kV power line connected to the factory fence.
Water supply system: Clean water for production at Dong Xuyen Industrial Park is supplied from the treatment plant of Vũng Tàu Water Supply Joint Stock Company with a capacity of 35,000 m3/day and night.
Wastewater treatment system: Dong Xuyen Industrial Park has invested in a centralized wastewater treatment system with wastewater treatment standards according to column B, with a treatment capacity of 3,000 m3/day and night.
Information and communication system: Fiber optic and telecommunication systems are connected to the factory fence.

III. Land lease costs at Dong Xuyen Industrial Park

Investors leasing land at Dong Xuyen Industrial Park will have to pay the following main costs:
Infrastructure usage fee: 85 USD/m2/lease term
Industrial Park management fee: According to the regulations of the People's Committee of Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu province
Wastewater treatment fee: For wastewater meeting column B standards before treatment: 4,400 VND/m3; For wastewater above column B: 9,800 VND/m3 (including VAT)
Clean water supply price: 12,500 VND/m3
Electricity supply price: According to the decision of the Vũng Tàu City Electricity Company
