I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF HOA PHU EXTENSION INDUSTRIAL PARK

On February 23, 2021, Hoa Phu Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister for expansion in Official Dispatch No. 216/TTg-CN with an expanded area of 85 hectares, belonging to Mai Đình and Hương Lâm communes, Hiệp Hòa district, Bắc Giang province.
On July 16, 2021, Hoa Phu Industrial Park was approved by the People's Committee of Bắc Giang province to adjust the expansion of the 1/2000 scale zoning plan in Decision No. 710/QD-UBND, increasing the total planned area of the entire Industrial Park to 292.45 hectares, the area of ​​industrial land for lease increased from 140.3 hectares to 200.79 hectares (an increase of 57.3 hectares).
On May 27, 2022, the Prime Minister approved the investment policy for the project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Hòa Phú mở rộng Industrial Park phase 1 in Decision No. 646/QD-TTg for Hoa Phu Invest Co., Ltd. to be the investor with a total investment capital of 1,093 billion VND. The project has an operating term until May 19, 2066. On June 10, 2022, Hòa Phú mở rộng Industrial Park was officially established under Decision No. 581/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Bắc Giang province

Water supply system: Hoa Phu Industrial Park has invested in the construction of a clean water treatment system from the Cau River surface water source with a total treatment and supply capacity of 8,000 m3/day and night, of which the water supply capacity for the expansion phase is 4,400 m3/day and night, ensuring good response to all water use needs in the Industrial Park.
Wastewater treatment system: All wastewater in Hòa Phú mở rộng Industrial Park is collected and treated at the Industrial Park's central wastewater treatment system to reach type A before being discharged into the environment through the Industrial Park's wastewater drainage system. The capacity for the expansion phase is 2,600 m3/day and night and can be adjusted to increase capacity depending on the actual usage needs of businesses operating in the industrial park
