Dong Mai Industrial Park located in Quang Ninh Province was commenced in 2012 with the area of 160 hectare. This industrial park is located in a very favorable position for trade, especially for maritime transportation. This is one of attractive strategic advantages for enterprises exporting goods by sea.

Internal transport system: The width of main roads with 2 lanes is 43 m and the branch road is 27 m and 15 m. The road of Industrial Park is designed to connect to Highway 18, which is convenient for transportation.

Power System: Power is supplied from the national grid through 110/22KV, transformer station with capacity of 1 x 25 MVA and 1 x 16 MVA.

Water supply system: The Water supply Station has capacity of 6,500 m3/day/night. The diameter of water supply pipe is D100 mm to D500mm.

Water supply system: Water for Dong Mai IZ is taken from Yen Lap detention reservoir and via Water treatment plant which has capacity of 6,500m3/day. Diameter of water supplying pipes is from D100 to D500. Water tank system of detention reservoir is big and water supply system is arranged into the fence of IZ to meet all requirements about water for production and for enterprises in IZ. * Drainage system: Rainwater drainage system and sewage drainage system is constructed independently. Rainwater is collected via drain system and then flows out of the rivers in the region. Diameter of underground pipe for rainwater drainage is D600mm- D1000mm according to principles of free flowing.

Waste Water treatment system:

– Waste water treatment Station with capacity is 4,800 m3/day.(Industrial waste water is by 80% the quantity of water supply).

– The diameter of waste water drainage pipe is D300mm – D500mm

– Solid Waste from factories in the IP shall be categorized immediately in every factory and be collected to the centered treatment area of Quang Ninh Province.

Fire protection: The water supply network for firefighting is designed in conjunction with the potable water supply network, which is located along the roads. The distance among fire hydrants is 120m -150m with a diameter of D125mm.

Telecomunications:

– Telecommunication system reach the international standard

– Underground cable system is connected directly to the fence of every factory.
