OVERVIEW OF MY PHUOC INDUSTRIAL PARK - BINH DUONG

Mỹ Phước Industrial Park (MP IP) was started construction in 2002 with an initial scale of 400ha. Currently, MP IP has been expanded with an increasingly large development scale, specifically:
– Phase 2: Mỹ Phước 2 Industrial Park: 800ha
– Phase 3: Mỹ Phước 3 Industrial Park: 2,280ha
– Phase 4: Thoi Hoa Industrial Park: 1,000ha
This is the first industrial park in Vietnam to apply a new construction model: BUILDING A COMPLEX that not only attracts industrial production activities but also has service, commercial, urban and residential activities to ensure sustainable development and towards building the Northern area of Bình Dương INTO AN INDUSTRIAL CITY.

Located in the key Southern economic quadrangle (Ho Chi Minh City, Bình Dương, Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Dong Nai), 40 Km from Ho Chi Minh City and 14 Km North of Thu Dau Mot City, MP IP has a favorable economic geographical location with the following advantages:
1. Close to seaports, international airports, close to commercial service center in Ho Chi Minh City (60 minutes by car), 32 km from Tan Cang, Saigon port cluster, VICT, ICD Phuoc Long and 42 Km from Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
2. Adjacent to National Highway 13, which has been upgraded and expanded to 06 lanes, is a vital route connecting Bình Dương with neighboring provinces. INFRASTRUCTURE

Traffic system
  • The entire internal road system is 25m wide (15m wide asphalt surface and 5m wide corridors on each side) with a load capacity of up to 40-60 tons/01 truck.
Electrical system
  • National grid power supplied from 02 routes Tan Dinh-Mỹ Phước and Bến Cát-Mỹ Phước (22KV) to the boundary of land plots. 
  • Station capacity: 126 MVA (phase 1), 200 MVA (phase 2) & 500 MVA (phase 3).
Water system 
  • Clean water is treated according to WHO standards with a capacity of 12,000m3/day (phase I), developed 30,000m3/day (phase II) and 120,000m3/day (phase III) supplied to the boundary of land plots.
Post and telecommunications
  • Telephone lines are installed to the boundary of land plots and fully supplied according to customer needs, unlimited number. The fiber optic system can connect to broadband telecommunications applications (ADSL) and private leased line systems.
