I. Overview of [[Đất Đỏ]] 1 IZ
[[Đất Đỏ]] 1 Industrial Zone was approved for detailed planning 1/2000 according to Decision No. 1621/QĐ-UBND dated May 26, 2009 of the [[People's Committee of Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu Province]] with the planning location in [[Phước Long Thọ]] Commune, [[Đất Đỏ]] District, [[Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu]] Province.
On September 7, 2009, [[Đất Đỏ]] 1 Industrial Zone was established under Decision No. 2945/QĐ-UBND of the [[People's Committee of Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu Province]]. On August 25, 2009, the Management Board of Industrial Zones of [[Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu]] Province issued Investment Certificate No. 4922100164 for the infrastructure development project of [[Đất Đỏ]] 1 Industrial Zone. Accordingly, [[Đất Đỏ]] 1 Industrial Zone is planned for construction on an area of 496.22 ha, of which the industrial land area for lease of the IZ is 377.22 ha, and the warehouse land area is 15.9 ha. The project has an operating term of 50 years (until the end of August 25, 2059)
[[Đất Đỏ]] 1 IZ is a multi-sector IZ, which prioritizes attracting high-tech industries that cause little harm to the environment and use few workers such as the electronics industry and supporting industries.

Power supply system: Taken from the national grid through the 110kV/22kV transformer station in the IZ.
Clean water supply system: Taken from the water supply plant in the IZ with a capacity of 22,000 m3/day and night. In addition, for businesses that need to use untreated water for watering and washing, [[Đất Đỏ]] 1 IZ also has an untreated raw water supply system with a capacity of 500,000 m3, of which phase 1 has the ability to supply raw water reaching 100,000 m3/day and night
Wastewater treatment system: [[Đất Đỏ]] 1 IZ has a centralized wastewater treatment system with a total designed capacity of 17,600 m3/day and night. Phase 1 has been completely invested with a treatment capacity of 2,000 m3/day and night
Telecommunications information system: There are 03 telecommunications information stations located near [[Đất Đỏ]] I IZ, ensuring the ability to connect all telecommunications services for land tenants in the IZ.
Internal traffic system: The main road in [[Đất Đỏ]] 1 IZ is built with 06 lanes, ranging in width from 46m - 54m; Branch roads of the IZ consist of 2-4 lanes with a width of 26m

III. Land lease costs and investment incentives at [[Đất Đỏ]] 1 IZ
Infrastructure usage fee: 70 USD/m2/until 25/08/2059. May be changed depending on rental time
Management fee: 0.5 USD/m2/year
Annual land rental: 2,745 VND/m2/year. Changes according to the Decision on the land price list of the [[People's Committee of Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu]] province
Wastewater treatment fee: 0.32 USD/m3, may be changed depending on the quality of the incoming wastewater
Clean water supply price: Depending on the water usage needs of customers.
Electricity supply price: Applied according to the State's electricity supply price list

Investment incentives: Corporate income tax is exempt for the first 02 years and 50% of the payable tax is reduced for the next 04 years.
Support from the IZ investor: Investors in [[Đất Đỏ]] 1 Industrial Park will be supported with procedures for investment registration and enterprise establishment. At the same time, support tenants in introducing construction units, affiliated banks, and preparing Environmental Impact Assessment Reports.
