I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF [[ENT_4]] OIL AND GAS SERVICE INDUSTRIAL PARK
[[ENT_4]] Oil and Gas Service Industrial Park was formerly [[ENT_4]] Shipbuilding Industrial Park - which was approved by the Prime Minister to be added to the planning of Vietnamese industrial parks according to Decision No. 1107/QD-TTg dated August 21, 2006 with an initial planned area of 290 ha. The initial project owner was Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Group (Vinashin), which was later transferred to Vietnam Oil and Gas Group for management after the Vinashin incident.
On November 1, 2010, [[ENT_4]] Shipbuilding Industrial Park was approved to be renamed [[ENT_4]] Oil and Gas Service Industrial Park and its function was converted into an industrial park serving the oil and gas industry in Prime Minister's Official Dispatch No. 1983/TTg-KTN. After that, the Industrial Park was established by Tiền Giang Provincial People's Committee in 2010 with the investor being Vietnam Oil and Gas Construction Joint Stock Corporation (PETROCONs).
On October 1, 2014, due to PVN's restructuring, the Prime Minister continued to approve the assignment of the entire [[ENT_4]] Oil and Gas Service Industrial Park to Tiền Giang province for management and search for infrastructure investors later, while considering the settlement of the invested value of PETROCONs in the industrial park (Official Dispatch 7631/VPCP-KTN).
On November 26, 2021, [[ENT_4]] IP was approved by Tiền Giang Provincial People's Committee for a construction zoning plan with a scale of 1/2,000 in Decision No. 3204/QD-UBND with a total planned area of 285.27 ha (of which the area of industrial land for lease is 174.37 ha), the planning location belongs to Gia Thuận commune and m Láng commune, Gò Công Đông district, Tiền Giang province. The northern boundary of the industrial park borders [[ENT_4]] River; the Southwest borders District Road 10; the Northwest borders Gia Thuận 2 Industrial Cluster; The Southeast borders Nam Song Hau petroleum depot.
