I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF THANH MY - XUAN SON INDUSTRIAL PARK
Thanh My - Xuân Sơn Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister to be added to the planning for the development of industrial parks nationwide until 2020 under Official Letter No. 2376/TTg-KTN dated December 1, 2014, with a planned area of 100 hectares located in Thanh My and Xuân Sơn communes, Sơn Tây town, Hà Nội city.Sơn Tây town is located at the western gateway of Hà Nội city, a densely populated area with traditional agriculture and long-standing craft villages, one of the areas where Hà Nội is focusing on developing a public infrastructure system in recent years, solving important issues for production projects such as labor supply and connecting transportation systems. Thanh My - Xuân Sơn Industrial Park is located:
+ 55 km from the center of Hà Nội city
+ 35 km from Viet Tri city
+ Approximately 5 km from National Highway 32
+ 10 km from the center of Sơn Tây town
II. CURRENT STATUS OF INVESTMENT IN THANH MY - XUAN SON INDUSTRIAL PARK
Although it was added to the planning area for new establishment since 2014, to date, after more than 8 years, the industrial park has not completed the detailed planning work and has not completed the investment procedures.
