DEEP C II Industrial Park Hải Phòng has a total area of 646.1 hectares and is a complex comprising 02 industrial parks:
Deep C2A Industrial Park (renamed from Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park Phase 2).

- Has a planned area of 513.4 hectares, of which the industrial land area is 397.55 hectares (accounting for 77.43% of the area)
- Location: Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hải An District, Hải Phòng City
- Operating term: From 2009-2059
Deep C2B Industrial Park (renamed from the Service and Maritime Industrial Park).

- Established in 2011, with the investor being Hải Phòng Industrial Park Joint Stock Company with a total investment capital of VND 505 billion.
- Has a planned area of 132.7 hectares, of which the industrial land area is 102.4 hectares (accounting for 77.16% of the area)
- Planned location: Dong Hai 2 Ward and Tràng Cát Ward, Hải An District, Hải Phòng City
- Operating term: From 2011-2061

II. INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM OF DEEP C II INDUSTRIAL PARK, HAI PHONG

Power supply system: The power source for production at DEEP C II Industrial Park is supplied from two sources. In the short term, the power supply is taken from the 110kV/22kV substation of Dinh Vu Industrial Park. In the long term, the power source is supplied through a 110kV/22kV substation with a capacity of 63 MVA built within the industrial park. The 22kV power lines are underground and connected to each plot of land in the industrial park.
At the same time, the industrial park also has a 22/0.4kV substation with a capacity of 250kVA/630kVA to serve public works and the lighting system.

Water supply system: In the short term, the water supply for DEEP C II Industrial Park is taken from the existing An Duong water plant, in the future the water supply will be supplemented from the Hung Dao water plant, Duong Kinh district. The industrial park is invested in building a booster pumping station located in the West of the industrial park with an expected capacity of about 20,000 m3/day and night. The water supply network is arranged in a loop-branch form with HDPE pipes with diameters from D100-D500.

Wastewater treatment system: All production wastewater in Deep C 2 Industrial Park Hải Phòng is treated through a centralized wastewater treatment plant with a treatment capacity of 16,000 m3/day and night to standard A before being discharged into the environment.

Internal traffic system: The main road in the industrial park has a width of 50m-56m, of which the road surface width is from 18m-30m with 08 lanes and a median strip and water ditch in the middle. The branch roads in the industrial park have a cross-sectional width of 21m-45m, of which the road surface width is from 10m-16m. At the same time, the entire road traffic system in the industrial park is also arranged with green trees and lighting on both sides.

Fire protection system: The fire protection water supply system is arranged independently and separately from the clean water supply system for production. Fire hydrants are arranged with a distance of 150m/pillar to ensure the handling of fire incidents occurring in the industrial park.
Telecommunications system: The telecommunications system of the industrial park is connected to the telecommunications network of Hải An district with an expected exchange capacity of 4,000 lines. DSLAM access equipment is installed in the industrial park to ensure the needs of using broadband and high-speed Internet services for businesses operating in the industrial park.

Security system and security services: The team of surveillance cameras and perimeter security staff operate regularly 24/7 to always ensure maximum safety for investors operating in the industrial park.

Infrastructure management and maintenance fee: 0.089 USD/m2/month

Annual land rent: Land rent is waived for the entire lease term (50-year land lease form with annual rent payment)

Electricity supply price: applied according to EVN's electricity supply price list and surcharges depending on the investor's electricity usage needs.

Clean water supply price: 20,200 VND/m3, may be changed from time to time

Wastewater treatment fee: 0.9 USD/m3, the volume of wastewater is calculated as 80% of the volume of clean water used as input

Corporate income tax incentives: Investment projects in DEEP C II Industrial Park enjoy a very large tax incentive policy because the industrial park is located in the Dinh Vu - Cat Hai economic zone.
