Quế Võ 3 - Phân khu 2 - Bắc Ninh Industrial Park

I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF QUE VO 3 INDUSTRIAL PARK - SUB-ZONE 2

Que Vo III Industrial Park was approved to be added to the planning of industrial parks in Bắc Ninh province in Document No. 2349/TTg-KTN dated December 31, 2008 of the Prime Minister with an expected scale of 300 hectares. On August 20, 2014, Que Vo III Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister to increase the planned area from 300 hectares to 524 hectares (an increase of 224 hectares) in Official Dispatch No. 1511/TTg_KTN.
The Quế Võ 3 Industrial Park project phase 1 was approved by the People's Committee of Bắc Ninh province for DABACO Group Joint Stock Company to be the investor in Document No. 311/UBND-CN dated March 11, 2008 with a planned area of 303.8 hectares. After that, Que Vo III Industrial Park phase 1 was transferred to a new investor, EIP Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (currently owned by VID Thanh Hoa Investment and Development Joint Stock Company under TNI Holdings) according to Official Dispatch No. 123/TTg - KTN dated January 19, 2016 of the Prime Minister.

(Que Vo III Industrial Park - phase 1 has been built and put into operation)

The Que Vo III Industrial Park - Phân khu 2 Project was approved by the Prime Minister for investment policy in Decision No. 451/QD-TTg dated March 26, 2021 for Manh Duc Company - (LLC) to be the investor. According to the approved Decision, the Quế Võ 3 Industrial Park project phase 2 (Phân khu 2) has a scale of 208.54 hectares with a total investment of over 2,779 billion VND. The project is located in Việt Hùng commune, Phù Lương commune and Quế Tân commune, Que Vo district, Bắc Ninh province. The project's operating term is 50 years (From 2021 - 2071). Que Vo III Industrial Park - Phân khu 2 was officially established on April 12, 2021 in Decision No. 129/QD-UBND dated April 12, 2021 of the People's Committee of Bắc Ninh province.

In terms of nature, Que Vo III Industrial Park - Phân khu 2 is planned as a concentrated industrial park, which mainly attracts industries that produce less pollution such as agricultural and food processing industry; light industry; mechanical assembly and electronics industry; high-end consumer goods manufacturing industry; construction materials manufacturing industry...
Regarding regional connectivity, Quế Võ 3 Phân khu 2 Industrial Park is located adjacent to National Highway 17 connecting to the gateway to the center of Bắc Ninh city, conveniently connected to National Highway 1A and National Highway 18 and:

- 100 km from Dinh Vu port

II. INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM OF QUE VO 3 INDUSTRIAL PARK - SUB-ZONE 2

Internal traffic system: the main road at the entrance of the industrial park has a road boundary of 43.5 m, of which the road surface width is 22.5 m; the second main axis of the industrial park is route 398 running along the industrial park connecting to National Highway 18, with a width of 36 m, of which the road width is 15 m; Branch roads in the industrial park have a width of 22.5 m - 58.5 m, of which the road surface width is from 11.25 m - 22.5 m.

Power supply system: the electricity source for production at Quế Võ 3 Industrial Park is supplied through an internal 110kV/22kV transformer station with a capacity of 2x63 MVA, 22kV lines are connected to each land plot in the industrial park and are ready to connect according to investors' needs.

Water supply system: Quế Võ 3 Industrial Park has invested in building a clean water treatment plant with water source from the Cau river surface water, the plant's treatment capacity reaches 16,000 m3/day and night with quality meeting the standards of the Ministry of Health for domestic water. The water supply pipeline for the entire industrial park is designed in a ring shape, ensuring stable supply to all factories in the industrial park.

Wastewater treatment system: production wastewater at Que Vo III Industrial Park - Phân khu 2 will be collected and treated at the industrial park's centralized wastewater treatment system before being discharged into the environment. The industrial park's centralized wastewater treatment plant has a treatment capacity of 12,000 m3/day and night and is capable of treating incoming wastewater from column C to column A according to Vietnamese technical standards.

Information and communication system: postal and telecommunications services are installed directly by suppliers according to the usage needs of businesses operating in the industrial park.

Fire protection system: The fire protection water supply system is used in common with the clean water supply system for production; Fire hydrants are located along traffic routes in the industrial park with a service radius of 150 m per pillar, ensuring good handling and prevention of fire incidents
Other infrastructure utilities: solid waste treatment system; rainwater drainage system is arranged independently from the wastewater collection and treatment system; complete road infrastructure with green trees, landscape and lighting equipment...

III. CURRENT STATUS OF INVESTMENT IN QUE VO III INDUSTRIAL PARK - SUB-ZONE 2

Currently, Que Vo III Industrial Park - Phân khu 2 is being coordinated by the investor with functional agencies of Bắc Ninh province to complete procedures for the investment process as well as compensation and site clearance activities before construction.
