CU BI INDUSTRIAL PARK - BA RIA - VUNG TAU
I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF CU BI INDUSTRIAL PARK
In March 2021, the People's Committee of Châu Đức district had document No. 814/UBND-KTHT sent to the People's Committee of Bà Rịa province - Vũng Tàu; The Management Board of industrial parks of the province regarding opinions on the expected planning of industrial parks in Châu Đức district, oriented to 2030, with a vision to 2050. Accordingly, Cu Bi Industrial Park with a scale of 3,000 hectares is the largest proposed project. The project implementation period is the period 2021 - 2025, oriented to 2030. On September 28, 2021, In report No. 3260/BQL-QHXD of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bà Rịa province - Vũng Tàu on reviewing the contents related to the proposal for orientation of industrial park development in the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050, Cu Bi industrial - urban area was proposed with a scale of 2,100 hectares in phase 1 and 2,100 hectares in phase 2. According to Decision 326/QD-TTg dated March 9, 2022 of the Prime Minister on allocating land use planning targets for the period 2021-2030, the national 5-year land use plan 2021-2025 for provinces and cities under the Central Government, the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security, for Bà Rịa province - Vũng Tàu, the land use target for industrial zones until 2030 is allocated to be 10,755 hectares, so the addition of Cu Bi Industrial Park to the list of new industrial parks is still within the province's feasible plan. 
II. CURRENT STATUS OF INVESTMENT IN CU BI INDUSTRIAL PARK
Currently, Bà Rịa province - Vũng Tàu is in the process of supplementing the planning of Cu Bi Industrial Park, accordingly, the implementation progress in 2021 - 2022 will supplement the planning, 2023 - 2024 will request the policy of establishment and 2025 will decide to establish the Industrial Park to implement phase 1. Currently, the Cu Bi Industrial Park project is also attracting major investors to participate in implementation and research. KLAND will continuously update on the progress of Cu Bi Industrial Park in the near future.
