KHU CONG NGHIEP PHU NGHIA MO RONG – HA NOI
I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF PHU NGHIA INDUSTRIAL PARK
Implementing Decision No. 1081/QD-TTg dated July 6, 2011 of the Prime Minister approving the overall plan for socio-economic development of Hanoi city to 2020, with orientation to 2030; Currently, the City People's Committee has issued a document directing the study of expanding the Phu Nghia industrial park.
The expansion of Phu Nghia Industrial Park, Chuong My district, Hanoi city has been agreed in principle by the collective leaders of the City People's Committee and the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee with a scale of 389ha in Announcement No. 782/TB-UBND dated July 28, 2020 of the City People's Committee; Notification No. 299-TB/BCSĐ dated May 18, 2021 of the Party Committee of the City People's Committee; Notification No. 436-TB/TU dated July 30, 2021 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.
Accordingly, the planning research scale for expansion is 389ha in Phu Nghia, Ngoc Hoa and Truong Yen communes, Chuong My district, Hanoi city. The distance to key traffic connection points is as follows:
+ 27 km from the center of Hanoi city
+ 46 km from Noi Bai International Airport
+ 140 km from Dinh Vu Port, Hai Phong
II. CURRENT STATUS OF INVESTMENT IN PHU NGHIA EXTENDED INDUSTRIAL PARK
Currently, the Management Board is urgently coordinating with departments, branches, and the People's Committee of Chuong My district to review and propose supplementing the development plan of Phu Nghia expanded Industrial Park in the planning list of Industrial Parks for the period 2021-2030, submitting it to competent authorities for approval and implementing investment procedures for the Phu Nghia Industrial Park expansion project according to regulations. KLAND will continuously update on the progress of the Phu Nghia Industrial Park expansion in the coming time.
