Quế Võ II Industrial Park - Giai đoạn 2

I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF QUE VO II INDUSTRIAL PARK - PHASE 2

On August 20, 2014, Quế Võ II Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister to expand an additional 277 hectares according to Official Dispatch No. 1511/TTg-KTN on adjusting the planning of industrial parks in Bắc Ninh province.
On March 03, 2021, the People's Committee of Bắc Ninh province approved the zoning plan for the construction of Quế Võ II - Giai đoạn 2 Industrial Park with a scale of 1/2000 in Decision No. 84/QD-UBND. Accordingly, Quế Võ II - Giai đoạn 2 Industrial Park is planned with a total area of 285.67 hectares, of which the industrial park land area is 277.64 hectares (the area of industrial land for lease is more than 194 hectares) and the area for returning irrigation canals is 8.03 hectares. Quế Võ II - Giai đoạn 2 Industrial Park is located within the administrative boundaries of Châu Phong and Duc Long communes, Que Vo district, Bắc Ninh province.
On May 04, 2021, Quế Võ II - Giai đoạn 2 Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister for investment policy according to Decision No. 640/QD-TTg for Nhan Dat Tien Co., Ltd. as the investor with a total investment capital of nearly 3000 billion VND and the project's operation term is 50 years (until 2071).

Regarding its nature, Que Vo II - Giai đoạn 2 Industrial Park is planned as a clean and environmentally friendly industrial park, prioritizing the electronics, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, supporting technology, new materials, clean energy, renewable energy, smart energy, processing, and manufacturing industries...
Regarding regional connectivity, Quế Võ II - Giai đoạn 2 Industrial Park is located in the border area between Bac Giang and Hai Duong provinces, with high economic connectivity between regions. At the same time, Quế Võ II-Giai đoạn 2 Industrial Park is adjacent to National Highway 18 and:

II. INFRASTRUCTURE OF QUE VO II INDUSTRIAL PARK - PHASE 2

Power supply system: The power source for production at Quế Võ II - Giai đoạn 2 Industrial Park is supplied from the 110/35/22kV - Que Vo 5 substation with a capacity of 2*63 MVA, and 22kV power lines are connected to each land plot in the industrial park.

Water supply system: The industrial park is invested in building a treatment and clean water supply station from the surface water source of the Cau or Duong River with a flexible service capacity according to the water use needs of the factories operating in the industrial park. In phase 1, the clean water supply system is built with a supply capacity of 7,000 m3/day and night and is connected with pipelines to each land plot in the industrial park.

Wastewater treatment system: Production wastewater at Quế Võ II Giai đoạn 2 Industrial Park is treated by a centralized wastewater treatment system with a treatment capacity of 7,000 m3/day and night, capable of treating wastewater to standard A, meeting Vietnamese environmental technical standards.

Internal traffic system: The main road of the industrial park has a cross-section of 52 m, in which the road surface width is 2*10.5 m; Branch roads in the industrial park have a width from 22 m - 36 m - 42m and are arranged with spacious sidewalks and medians and convenient traffic.

Fire protection system: Fire hydrants are arranged at a distance of 120 m - 150 m each, along the internal traffic routes.

Information and communication system: The entire information and communication cable system is placed in a system of technical cable trenches and culverts. 4G and 5G transceivers are arranged to ensure coverage of all areas in the industrial park.
Other infrastructure facilities: Quế Võ II Industrial Park is also planned to build infrastructure amenities such as static parking lots, green landscape systems, sports complexes, security monitoring centers... contributing to the formation of a modern industrial park, meeting not only production needs but also the living needs of officials and employees working in the industrial park.

III. CURRENT STATUS OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTION IN QUE VO II INDUSTRIAL PARK - PHASE 2

Currently, the investor of Quế Võ II - Giai đoạn 2 Industrial Park is urgently deploying compensation, site clearance and construction of industrial infrastructure, expected to be partially put into operation with a scale of 75 hectares in the third quarter of 2023.
