Overview of Dong Van IV Industrial Park, Ha Nam Province
Dong Van 4 Industrial Zone was established under Decision 1778 / QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Ha Nam Province in 2016, Dong Van 4 Industrial Zone consists of two investment phases with a total area of 600 hectares. In the immediate future, the investor will deploy phase 1 equivalent to 300 hectares, located in the areas of Dai Cuong, Nhat Tan and Nhat Tuu communes of Kim Bang district, with a total investment of VND 1,910 billion.
The urban area with a total area of 16.8 hectares planned right next to the Industrial Park. The project "Services area and housing for workers in Dong Van IV industrial park" includes 218 garden houses and 11 apartment buildings. This project will contribute to solving the housing needs of experts and workers who are working for enterprises in industrial parks. The project started construction in early 2018.

Dong Van IV IP locates in Kim Bang district, Ha Nam province (bordering Hanoi) with convenient transportation to link with Hai Phong port, Noi Bai international airport….which is very convenient for enterprises importing, exporting and transporting goods and materials.
