Tân Kiều Industrial Park - Dong Thap Province

I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF Tân Kiều INDUSTRIAL PARK

The industrial park Tân Kiều was approved to be added to the planning of industrial parks in Dong Thap province in Official Letter No. 947/TTg-KTN dated June 14, 2011, of the Prime Minister with a planned area of 150 hectares. On December 13, 2016, the investment project for the infrastructure of Tân Kiều Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister for investment policy in Decision No. 2433/QD-TTg with the investor being Dong Thap Construction and Building Materials One Member Limited Liability Company (under the People's Committee of Dong Thap Province) with a total investment of approximately VND 896 billion with a budget of 90 billion from central funds, 332 billion from local budget, and the remainder from equity and mobilized loans.
On November 11, 2016, the People's Committee of Dong Thap province approved the planning of Tân Kiều Industrial Park in Decision No. 1317/QD-UBND with a planning area of 148.7 hectares (of which the area of industrial land for lease is 101.83 hectares), the planning location belongs to Tân Kiều and Mỹ An communes, Tháp Mười district, Dong Thap province. The project was granted the first investment registration certificate No. 4417543187 on February 3, 2023, by the Management Board of Economic Zones of Dong Thap province.

In terms of nature, Tân Kiều Industrial Park is oriented to attract investment projects in the fields of manufacturing machinery and equipment for agriculture; Fertilizer production; Food industry, processing agricultural products, seafood, textiles, electronics, fragrances, pharmaceuticals, packaging; Production of animal feed.
In terms of regional connectivity, Tân Kiều Industrial Park is bounded to the North by National Highway N2, to the South by DT846 and:
- 33 km from Cao Lanh city; 120 km from Ho Chi Minh city
- 114 km from Tan Son Nhat International Airport
- 118 km from Hiep Phuoc Port;

II. INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM OF Tân Kiều INDUSTRIAL PARK

Power supply system: the production power supply of Tân Kiều Industrial Park is provided through a 110KV/22KV transformer station from the national grid. 22KV power lines are connected to each plot of land in the industrial park.

Water supply system: the water source for production at Tân Kiều Industrial Park is guaranteed to be supplied by the Dong Thap Province Urban Water Supply and Environment Joint Stock Company through a water supply plant in the area.

Wastewater treatment system: all production wastewater in Tân Kiều Industrial Park is collected and treated at the industrial park's centralized wastewater treatment station with a capacity of 4,700 m3/day and night, of which the capacity of phase 1 is 1,500 m3/day and night.

Other infrastructure utilities: Lighting system; Green landscape system; Information and communication system; Fire protection system.

III. LAND RENTAL COSTS AND INVESTMENT INCENTIVES AT Tân Kiều IP

Land rental and infrastructure maintenance costs: From 95-100 USD/m2/entire 50-year lease term

Infrastructure management and maintenance fee: 0.3 USD/m2/year

Electricity price: applied according to EVN's electricity price schedule at each time

Water price: 7,500 VND/m3

Wastewater treatment fee: depends on the quality of incoming wastewater

Investment incentives at Tân Kiều industrial park

Corporate income tax incentives: Apply a preferential tax rate of 10% for 15 years, while exempting 100% of CIT in the first 04 years and reducing 50% of tax in the next 09 years.

Import tax incentives: exemption from import tax on goods on the list of tax incentives imported to create fixed assets for the project.

IV. CURRENT STATUS OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTION AT Tân Kiều IP

The industrial park Tân Kiều is being invested in infrastructure construction and is expected to be operational from 2025. Currently, Phuc Khang Hung Trading Production Joint Stock Company has registered to lease 24.55 hectares to build a food and agricultural product processing plant and achieved an occupancy rate of about 24%.
