Ba Sao Industrial Park - Dong Thap Province

Ba Sao Industrial Park was approved to be added to the industrial park planning of Dong Thap province in Official Dispatch No. 14/6/2021 of the Prime Minister with a scale of 150 hectares. According to the planning of Dong Thap province for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, the area of Ba Sao Industrial Park is kept as planned. On December 22, 2022, Ba Sao Industrial Park was approved for the detailed plan at a scale of 1/500 in Decision No. 621/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Cao Lãnh district. According to the approved plan, the industrial park is located in Ba Sao commune, Cao Lãnh district, Dong Thap province with a planned area of 148.3 hectares (of which the land area for factory construction is 100.372 hectares, accounting for 67.682%). The northern boundary of the industrial park borders DT846 road, the loading wharf borders Nguyen Van Tiep canal; the eastern side borders Duong Thet canal; the southern side borders rice fields, Nam Tram canal, Tram Bau canal; the western side borders Tam Cong canal.
