Zone A1 is located in An Hoa Ward, Sa Đéc City, with convenient transportation connections adjacent to DT852, DT848 roads and the Tien River, facilitating convenient cargo transportation by both waterway (via Phuoc Khang port opposite the industrial park) and by road when:

Sa Đéc Industrial Park - Zone A1 is one of the two sub-zones established first in the overall Sa Đéc industrial park with synchronously invested industrial infrastructure including wastewater treatment system, power supply system, water supply system, lighting system and wide traffic roads from 7.5m-15m, lighting system. Zone A1 of Sa Đéc IZ has an operating term from 2002-2052, and is currently 100% occupied with typical projects such as:
- Rice bran oil production project of Thuan Cuong Rice Bran Oil Co., Ltd.
- Seafood processing project of My Sa Seafood Co., Ltd.
- Animal feed production project of Tongwei Dong Thap Co., Ltd. (China)
