1. Legal information
Gia Lộc Industrial Park was added to the General Plan for the development of industrial parks in Vietnam under Official Dispatch No. 129/TTg-KTN dated January 15, 2010 of the Prime Minister with a planned area of ​​198 ha.
The industrial park was approved for the 1/2000 scale construction zoning plan on September 9, 2019 in Decision No. 3119/QD-UBND of the Hải Dương Provincial People's Committee with a planned scale of 197.94 ha (of which the area of ​​industrial land for rent is 142.27 ha), belonging to the territory of Gia Lộc town and Hồng Hưng, Toàn Thắng and Hoàng Diệu communes, Gia Lộc district, Hải Dương province. The northern boundary of the IP borders the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway, the southern side borders the cultivated land of Hồng Hưng commune, the eastern side borders the National Highway 37 access road, and the western side borders the North - South axis road project of Hải Dương province, working land and residential land of Toàn Thắng commune.  
On March 22, 2021, Gia Lộc Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister for investment policy under Decision No. 409/QD-TTg, the infrastructure investor is Nam Quang Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company with a total investment of VND 2,062.5 billion. The project has an operating term of 50 years, until March 2071. The industrial park aims to focus on attracting mechanical manufacturing, electronic assembly, medical, logistics and other clean industries that do not cause environmental pollution.
