Road No. 4: has a road surface of 16m wide, a sidewalk of 5mx2 wide, a right-of-way of 36m, and a length of 1,670m.
Road No. 7: has a road surface of 16m wide, a sidewalk of 5mx2 wide, a right-of-way of 36m, and a length of 1,448m.
Road No. 9: has a road surface of 16m wide, a sidewalk of 5mx2 wide, a right-of-way of 36m, and a length of 1,522m.
Road No. 10: has a road surface of 16m wide, a sidewalk of 5mx2, a right-of-way of 36m, and a length of 1,483m.

Ensure the reliability of the communication system.
Build an underground fiber optic cable from the regional telecommunications station to the central exchange of the industrial park.

- Cables:

From the central exchange, there are PVC conduit cables buried along one side of the sidewalk of Hai Son - Tan Do road, roads No. 2, 9 and road No. 10 including main cable, branch cables, collection boxes... to the areas.
Install cables and collection boxes with larger capacity than calculated subscription needs to facilitate future subscriber development needs.
At cable crossings, there are manholes for pulling cables across the road.
The cable route is buried 0.8m deep compared to the finished sidewalk.
Capacity of cables depends on information needs on the routes.
On the cables, arrange cable cabinets placed on the sidewalk to facilitate connection for factories and enterprises.
Total length of underground cables to cable cabinets: 434 m.
Underground cable to split box: 1,756m
Total number of subscribers in the entire industrial park: 2,327 subscribers.

IV. INVESTMENT INCENTIVES

Exemption for 02 years, reduction of 50% for the next 04 years. Current CIT rate is 22%
