PHU VINH INDUSTRIAL PARK - HA TINH

I. OVERVIEW OF PHU VINH INDUSTRIAL PARK

On July 09, 2010, the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee approved the detailed plan at a scale of 1/2000 of Phu Vinh Industrial Park according to Decision No. 2018/QD-UBND. 
On October 01, 2010, the Project on Construction and Business of Technical Infrastructure of Phu Vinh Industrial Park (Phu Vinh IP) was approved by the Management Board of Vung Ang Economic Zone according to Investment Certificate No. 28222000017. The project has a total initial registered investment of 23 million USD, with a land use demand of about 200 ha. The project has an operating term of 50 years from the date of investment certificate issuance. 
After that, Phu Vinh Industrial Park continued to have its planning adjusted according to Decision No. 2154/QD-UBND dated August 04, 2016 and Decision No. 2660/QD-UBND dated August 17, 2020 of the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee. Currently, Phu Vinh Industrial Park is planned with a total area of 207.665 ha, of which the area of industrial land for lease is 141.4625 ha, accounting for 68.12%. The eastern boundary of the IP is adjacent to National Highway 1B; the western boundary is adjacent to Quang Binh Mountain, the northern and southern boundaries are adjacent to the expanded planning area of the industrial park. 
Regarding investment attraction, Phu Vinh IP is planned as a multi-sector industrial park, focusing on attracting investment in industries such as:

Power supply system: guaranteed to be supplied by Ha Tinh Power Company through a 35KV line connected to each plot of land in the industrial park, maintaining stability 24/24
Clean water supply system: production clean water in Phu Vinh IP is supplied by the Vung Ang Economic Zone clean water center with a large volume, and the IP has a water storage system with a capacity of up to 3,000 m3
Wastewater treatment system: Phu Vinh Industrial Park is invested in building a wastewater treatment system with a maximum treatment capacity of up to 15,000 m3/day and night. Capable of receiving and treating wastewater to meet standard B according to Vietnam's environmental technical regulations
Internal traffic system: The main axis of Phu Vinh IP has a width of 60m, the branch roads have a width of 30m, are designed synchronously, constructed to a high quality, ensuring traffic in the IP
Information and communication system: Ready to connect according to investor's needs
Fire protection system: The fire hydrant system is built along the traffic axes in the industrial park, along with a fire protection monitoring and warning system and a team of fire protection staff regularly on duty, ensuring quick handling of fire incidents occurring in the IP

III. LAND LEASE COSTS AND INVESTMENT INCENTIVES AT PHU VINH IP

Industrial Park infrastructure management and maintenance fee: 0.04 USD/m2/month
Annual land rental: the industrial park is exempt from land use fees
