Sa Đéc Industrial Park C&C Extension

Sa Đéc Industrial Park, Sub-zone C, with an area of 39.73 ha (including 28.45 ha of industrial land) is located in Tân Quy Đông ward, Sa Đéc city, and Sa Đéc Industrial Park, expanded Sub-zone C, with an area of 61.1796 ha (including 51.8271 ha of industrial land), is located in Tân Khánh Đông commune, Sa Đéc city, are two sub-zones of the overall master plan of Sa Đéc Industrial Park - Dong Thap Province. In particular, sub-zone C of Sa Đéc IZ has an operating term from 2001-2051, and the expanded sub-zone C has an operating term from 2004-2054.

The two sub-zones C and C expanded of Sa Đéc Industrial Park are adjacent to Sa Đéc port (Tien River) and DT848, which is an industrial park with great advantages in transporting raw materials and goods such as agricultural products, seafood, forestry products and:

The two sub-zones C&C expanded are invested with complete and synchronous industrial infrastructure including power supply system, clean water supply system, centralized wastewater treatment system, information and communication system and lighting system, solid waste collection and treatment system. Therefore, currently the two sub-zones C and C expanded of Sa Đéc IZ have been leased to fill 100% of the industrial park area with typical projects such as animal feed production factories of NEW HOPE, CARGILL, Cadovimex groups; seafood processing projects of Sa Giang Company, rice oil production projects.
