I. OVERVIEW OF Nội Bài INDUSTRIAL PARK

Nội Bài Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 545/TTg dated October 5, 1994, of the Prime Minister with an area of 115ha. Nội Bài Industrial Park is assigned to the investor of technical infrastructure construction and business, which is Nội Bài Development Company Limited. Nội Bài Development Company Limited was established on April 12, 1994, as a joint venture between a Malaysian company (Vista Spectrum (M) Bhd SBD) and a Vietnamese company (Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation - UDIC). The operation term of the IP is until October 5, 2044.

Nội Bài Industrial Park is approved as a multi-industry industrial park with a synchronous technical infrastructure system. The industrial park is located in the communes of Quang Tiến and Mai Đình, thuộc, Sóc Sơn district, Hà Nội city. Nội Bài Industrial Park is located in a convenient transportation location, easily accessible to residential areas and near national highways. Specifically, the West - South of the industrial park is adjacent to Nội Bài International Airport, in front of the industrial park is provincial road 131 running through connecting National Highway 3 with National Highway 2 and the Thang Long - Nội Bài highway.

Goods entering and leaving the IP can be easily transported by road, sea, and air:

- 30km from Hà Nội City Center;

- 5km from Nội Bài Airport;

- 13km from Trung Gia - Sóc Sơn railway station;

- 140km from Hai Phong Port

II. INFRASTRUCTURE OF Nội Bài INDUSTRIAL PARK

Regarding the internal traffic system, The industrial park designs the internal road in a grid pattern with a main road of 40m wide with 4 lanes, each lane wide, and a branch road of 35m wide with 4 lanes. Internal roads are invested and connected to each plot of land with standard roadbed load, ensuring that containers and heavy trucks operate normally.

Regarding power supply, The transformer station is built right in the Industrial Park to ensure the best power demand for businesses in the IP. The 110KV power line is connected to the fence of each factory in the IP.

Regarding the clean water supply system, The water supply system is invested underground along the roads with a total capacity.

Regarding the wastewater treatment system, The IP's wastewater treatment plant is built with a total capacity of 2,800m3/day and night. Businesses are responsible for on-site wastewater meeting column B standards - QCVN 40: 2011/BTNMT standards before discharging into the IP's common wastewater treatment system.
