I. LEGAL INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF AN HIEP INDUSTRIAL PARK
An Hiệp Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister for addition to the planning of industrial parks in Bến Tre province in Decision No. 1107/QD-TTg dated August 21, 2006, with a scale of 72 ha. On August 10, 2009, the industrial park was approved by the Prime Minister to expand by an additional 150 ha in Official Dispatch No. 1352/TTg-KTN, and then the expanded area was adjusted down to 138 ha (a decrease of 12 ha) in Official Dispatch No. 2628/TTg-KTN dated December 22, 2014. According to the planning of Bến Tre province for the period 2021-2030, the expanded An Hiệp Industrial Park was removed from the list of industrial parks in the province, while maintaining the current area of the An Hiệp industrial park.
On September 08, 2008, the An Hiệp Industrial Park was approved by the People's Committee of Bến Tre province for detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/2000 in Decision No. 1713/QD-UBND, with the planning location belonging to An Hiệp commune, Châu Thành district, Bến Tre province. The total planned area is 72 ha, including 02 sub-zones (Zone A in the North with an area of 65.01 ha and Zone B in the South with an area of 6.99 ha), of which the area of industrial land for lease is 45 ha, accounting for 69.22% of Zone A. On October 09, 2008, the An Hiệp Industrial Park was officially established according to the decision of the People's Committee of Bến Tre province.

Power supply system: the power source for production in An Hiệp Industrial Park is taken from 2 22KV power lines passing through the industrial park from the 110/22KV substation of Châu Thành.
Water supply system: the clean water supply plant of An Hiệp Industrial Park has a capacity of 3,300 m3/day and night, invested by the Bến Tre Water Supply and Drainage Company. D100-D250 water supply pipes are laid underground along traffic routes to each land plot in the industrial park
Wastewater treatment system: all production wastewater in the industrial park is collected and treated at the centralized wastewater treatment station with a capacity of 2,000 m3/day and night before being discharged into the environment.

III. LAND LEASE COSTS AND INVESTMENT INCENTIVES AT AN HIEP INDUSTRIAL PARK
Land and infrastructure rental price: 0.6/m2/year, calculated on the total rental period
Management and infrastructure maintenance fee: 0.25 USD/m2/year
Electricity price: applied according to the electricity price schedule of EVN at each time
Water price: 13,500 VND/m3
Wastewater treatment fee: 0.35 USD/m3, calculated on the amount of wastewater generated
Investment incentives at An Hiệp Industrial Park
Regarding Corporate Income Tax: Apply a preferential tax rate of 17% for the first 10 years. At the same time, 100% exemption of CIT for the first 02 years and a 50% reduction of CIT for the next 04 years
