I. Overview of ĐÁ BẠC IP

On October 7, 2014, the Prime Minister agreed to add ĐÁ BẠC IP phase 1 to the planning for the development of industrial parks in Vietnam until 2020 with an expected scale of 300 hectares, including the area of Đá Bạc Industrial Cluster that was granted investment certificate. previously with a scale of 75 ha.
On April 29, 2017, the Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu Provincial People's Committee approved the 1/2000 zoning plan of ĐÁ BẠC IP in Decision No. 1059/QD-UBND, according to which the area of ĐÁ BẠC IP phase 1 (including 75ha of ĐÁ BẠC industrial cluster) is 295 ha. IP planning location in Đá Bạc commune, Châu Đức district, Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu province, the south of the IP is adjacent to Đất Đỏ district, the remaining sides are adjacent to residential areas.
On August 23, 2017, ĐÁ BẠC IP was officially established according to Decision No. 23/08/2017 of the Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu Provincial People's Committee with the investor of the project being Đông Á Châu Đức Joint Stock Company. ĐÁ BẠC Industrial Park is a multi-industry industrial park, which focuses on attracting industries: Assembly industry, consumer goods production, electricity production, construction materials, mechanical industry, electrical and electronic industry, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, agricultural product processing, logistics services and warehousing. ĐÁ BẠC Industrial Park has an operating term of 50 years from May 25, 2015.
Regarding regional links, ĐÁ BẠC IP is located about 12 km from National Highway 56, 30 km from Cái Mép Port, 54 km from Long Thành - Dầu Giây Expressway, and 34 km from Long Thành International Airport. Although located far from the central area, ĐÁ BẠC IP is conveniently connected to major transportation systems and seaports, making the transportation of goods and raw materials easier.

II. Infrastructure of ĐÁ BẠC IP

Power supply system: Supplied by 220 kV line managed by Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu Electricity Company
Water supply system: Châu Đức Water Supply Joint Stock Company
Wastewater treatment system: Not yet built
Internal road system: Invested and built with a width of 8-15 m, the main road of the industrial park is 30 m wide.
Although the infrastructure system is not fully completed, ĐÁ BẠC IP phase 1 is currently fully occupied due to the implementation of projects such as Đá Bạc Solar Power, Đá Bạc 2 Solar Power, Đá 3 Solar Power, Univers

III. Land rental costs at ĐÁ BẠC IP

The infrastructure rental price including management fee at ĐÁ BẠC IP is 30 USD/m2 (excluding VAT).
Other costs are implemented according to the decisions of the Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu Provincial People's Committee and according to the price list of the supplier
