I. GENERAL INFORMATION

Phúc Khánh Industrial Park is located in Phúc Khánh. The specific geographical location is planned as follows:

+ North borders the rice fields of Phú Xuân commune.

+ South borders residential areas and factories along National Highway 10.

+ East borders the Bach River and rice fields.

+ West is away from the city cemetery and rice fields of Phú Xuân commune.

II. INDUSTRIAL PARK INFRASTRUCTURE INFORMATION

1. About the traffic system

- The road from National Highway 10 to the Industrial Park includes 2 main roads:

+ Road No. 1: Adjacent to the Thái Bình brewery, the road surface is 14m, the sidewalk on each side is 5m, the cross-section is 24m (5+14+5).

+ Road No. 2: Adjacent to the mechanical transport enterprise, the road surface is 16m (7+2+7), (with a 2m median strip in the middle for planting flowers and trees) the sidewalk on each side is 5m, the cross-section is 26m, (5+7+2+7+5).

- The road surrounding the West and North of the Industrial Park: Road No. 3 has a road surface of 14 m, a sidewalk on each side of 5 m, a cross-section of 24m (5+7+5).

- The internal roads of the Industrial Park include: roads No. 4, 5, 6 with a road surface of 8m, a sidewalk on each side of 3.5m, a cross-section of 15m (3.5+8+3.5).

2. About the water supply system

- Water is taken from a Ø 300mm pipeline, from the city center leading to the Industrial Park.

- Construct Ø 100 - 150mm pipelines running along the sidewalks of the Industrial Park's roads for consumers.

3. About the drainage system

- Rainwater drainage in 2 directions through a brick-built sewer system with concrete covers, sewer cross-section B = 600mm flows into the Bach River and into the Kien Giang River along National Highway 10.

- Wastewater drainage: Wastewater must be pre-treated at the factory, then through the sewer to the common treatment plant and treated to ensure type B standards - TCVN -1995 before being discharged into the Bach River.

4. About the power supply system

The electricity system is taken from the existing 35 KV grid running along the industrial park, building an electrical grid running along the internal roads, from this electrical grid the company will independently pull electricity to its own transformer station.

5. Regarding green planning and environmental sanitation

During the construction of technical infrastructure and construction of factories and enterprises in the industrial park, it is necessary to have measures to protect the environment in accordance with the regulations of the Vietnamese State.

- Solid and soft waste: is classified and collected to the City's designated location for treatment.

Green trees are planted along traffic routes, in addition, in factories and enterprises, green trees are planted in accordance with regulations with a minimum area of 10 - 15% of the construction land, the total area of green trees in the entire area is 20%.

1. Attractive industries

Because it is a multi-industry industrial park, arranging advanced industries, with high technology, using a lot of labor, the industrial park focuses on developing mainly the textile industry such as: Spinning, bleaching, dyeing, weaving and garment; textile industry services and some electronics, information technology, mechanical processing and manufacturing equipment and spare parts for light industries and repair and assembly of cars and motorbikes.
