Ninh Bình is a province located in the southernmost part of the Red River Delta, more than 90km south of Hanoi capital, located on the North-South arterial traffic route. Electricity system:

The 110KV Nam Dinh, Ninh Bình power line cuts through the West and South of the IP construction site.
