Phu Tho province – the land is renowned for the first State of Vietnam through 18 Hung Kings in Vietnamese history. Located in the centre of the Northern region and also in the economic corridor of Hai Phong – Hanoi – Lao Cai – Con Minh (of China), Phu Tho connects Northwest and Northeast provinces to the rest of the country. Phu Tho province is now proudly a new industrial centre in the North of Vietnam.

Improved procedure for investment permit and one stop service for project implementation have reduced much time for administrative procedures (50 per cent less than State’s regulation), which saves the investors a huge amount of time and cost. Internal transport system:

The geographical condition with mainly low hills which is favorable for the leveling and drainage as well as the cost for infrastructure construction is low. The urban and service area is being planned in connection with the master plan of Phu Tho town.

Dominant road is 78 m in width while auxiliary road is 40 m and 16.5 m in width, directly connecting to Phu Tho provincial centre and Hanoi – Lao Cai highway.

Power System:

Electricity is supplied from the national electrical grid through 110/22 kV transformer with a capacity of 63 MVA, which can meet electrical demands of businesses.

Water supply system: There is a water plant with a capacity of 13,500 m3 per day. Water is taken from the Red River. Water pipelines are connected to the premises of each enterprise in the industrial park.

Waste Water treatment system: Rain water drainage system and sewage system are built separately.

A wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 7,500 m3per day and can be increased to particular demands of business. Solid waste is segregated, collected and transported to the centralized landfill site of Phu Tho county town.

Telecomunications: Telecommunication system up to international standard is available to serve companies and businesses.
