1. Regarding the transportation system
- Industrial park collector road: This is a road running parallel, separating internal traffic in the industrial park from National Highway 10 traffic, with a width of 19m, a road surface of 10.5m, sidewalks of 5m and 3.5m (5+10.5+3.5).
- Road No. 1: This is a road perpendicular to Nguyễn Đức Cảnh road, the position coincides with the extended road axis of the residential area to the West, with a width of 27m, a road surface of 17m, a median strip of 2m, each sidewalk is 5m (5+7.5+7.5+5).
- Road No. 2: The position coincides with the road axis of the residential area to the West, with a width of 20.5m, a road surface of 10.5m, each sidewalk is 5m (5+10.5+5).
- Road No. 3: This is a road surrounding the north of the industrial park, extended from the rubber factory road across the seasonal bridge connecting to Phuc Khanh Industrial Park, with a width of 20.5m, a road surface of 10.5m, each sidewalk is 5m (5+10.5+5).
- Road No. 4: Includes 2 roads:
+ Road connecting the collector road with the road to the north of the industrial park with a width of 20.5m, a road surface of 10.5m, each sidewalk is 5m (5+10.5+5).
+ Road in the middle of the industrial park parallel to the collector road.
- Road No. 5: This is a road surrounding the west of the industrial park and the road connecting from Road No. 1 to Ly Bon road with a width of 16m, a road surface of 8m, each sidewalk is 4m (4+8+4).
- Road No. 6: This is a road coinciding with the existing traffic road with a width of 13m, a road surface of 7m, each sidewalk is 3m (3+7+3).
2. Regarding the water supply system
Water is supplied from the City Water Plant through a Ø 600 water pipe on the Ly Bon road axis and a Ø 300 pipe on the Nguyễn Đức Cảnh road axis, connected to the industrial park at ready-made hydrants. The water supply network in the industrial park is designed as a closed-loop network with a diameter of Ø 100 - Ø 200.
3. Regarding the drainage system
In principle, industrial wastewater and rainwater are discharged through 2 separate systems:
- Industrial wastewater is discharged through an underground gravity pipe system through transfer pumping stations to the common wastewater treatment plant for the entire industrial park. Wastewater must be treated locally at each industrial production facility to meet standard type C (TCVN 5945 - 1995) before being discharged into the common system. The common wastewater treatment plant of the industrial park must meet type B (TCVN 5945-1995) before being discharged into the Bach River.
- Rainwater is discharged through a ditch system with a width of B = 600 to B = 1,000, covered with reinforced concrete panels, the drainage direction is from East to West towards the Bach River at 3 discharge points.
4. Regarding the power supply system
- The current power source is supplied from the existing 110 KV station at the industrial park.
- The medium voltage power grid is built along the sidewalk on the roads of the industrial park. From this power grid system, industrial production facilities build their own consumption transformer stations.
5. Regarding green planning and environmental sanitation
- Along Nguyễn Đức Cảnh road, there is a 10m wide isolation green belt, the isolation green belt with the existing residential area in the industrial park must ensure a minimum width of 20 - 30m.
- The Tiền Phong commune cemetery is kept in its current state, no further development is allowed and trees are planted to form a concentrated green area.
- The area for planting trees in each industrial production facility must be at least 10 - 15% of the construction land area.
- Waste from the industrial park is collected according to the city's regulations.
- Industrial wastewater must be ensured to be treated according to Vietnamese standards (TCVN 5945 - 1995)
Because it is a multi-industry industrial park, arranging advanced and high-tech industries that use a lot of labor, the industrial park focuses on developing mainly the textile industry such as: Spinning, dyeing, weaving and garment; textile industry services and some electronics, information technology, mechanical processing, manufacturing equipment and parts for light industries and repair, assembly of cars and motorbikes.
Nguyễn Đức Cảnh Industrial Park has many textile dyeing businesses, and the hazardous waste treatment areas have not been built synchronously, causing environmental pollution to neighboring areas such as residential households and rice fields being significantly affected.
